Took them a while to get my order out. Found out someone had ran my food out to the wrong person, so I had to be remade. Well everything was right except my boyfriend’s burger. He order the double bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles. It’s suppose to come with lettuce and tomato already, but nothing was on it except the bacon and cheese…

Sonic has the best ice and the food is excellent! Went to Sonic tonight and did a mobile order on the App, parked in a stall and ordered my food, then checked in. Waited twenty minutes. Hit the button to check on my food, was told I had ordered at the wrong Sonic address. Checked my receipt and it said 15755 Highland Drive. Then was told that I put in the wrong stall number, I watched my name come up on the screen after I checked in welcoming me back. Finally got my food with no apology. I know mistakes can happen when a store gets busy, but customer service etiquette says an apology goes along way!!!

Almost every time I order from here I either get the wrong food or I don't get it at all or how do I get a medium blast half full? Check the food and drinks before they go out the door.
More often than not my order is perfect and fresh. The car hops are always nice. Order on the app tho if you want better deals.

Last 4 times I have been here i have had my orders messed up. This time was by far the worst. Paid $25 for 2 5 piece chicken tenders dinners get home i have 5 chicken strips 2 orders of fries but 6 toast instead of 4 and that's it. Missing a whole order of 5 chicken strips. I should have checked but I just thought well its only chicken strips so what could go wrong? Will not be coming back.
