It’s 12:04 noon in the middle of lunch rush and I’m the only customer. Nobody in the drive thru.

Prices are up and the sandwich is small. Where is the meat?!? I’m pissed! Apparently everyone else in McKenzie is too bc nobody else is here. 4 nice ladies are standing behind the counter with nothing to do!
If you can’t do better, close your doors.

It’s a penny pinching scam!
Each week I receive a SUBWAY® coupon in my mailbox or with my local newspaper.
Twice now I’ve gone to the store to redeem my coupon for a foot-long sandwich.
Both times after escalating with the supervisor on duty I was told bluntly - with a poor customer satisfaction attitude - our manager told us not accepted any coupon.
I was told that perhaps, vague terms, the coupon might be accepted via a cell phone app.
This completely confused me as:
Just recently I ordered a custom sandwich via the SUBWAY® app and even paid for it online.
Only to get to this SUBWAY® location to be told that they do not participate in online ordering and cannot reverse the payment I made for my order. I would have to call the corporate customer support telephone number to get my money back. I tried that and was on hold for ages.
For all of the trouble / calculating the cost of wasting my time, I could get a fresh meal from the local restaurants while avoiding this bullshit, nonsense.
For fast food I would recommend the Dairy Queen across the street, there’s a pizza joint across the street, McDonald’s down the street, Sonic next door, a couple of BBQ joints in town, ol west steak house, bethel collage has a wonderful buffet lunch, EW James has a nice deli, El Vallarta and Maria’s Mexican are great, Bobby Gees’s and Sunrise Cafe are wonderful local cafes. I’m probably forgetting a few.
All of these places can have a decent full lunch for the price of a single sandwich at this SUBWAY joint.
I used to love eating at SUBWAY, Now I’ve just been turned away and disgusted.

First of all, I walked into the McKenzie store, there sat one of the workers Father with a mangy dog and his daughter, which is one of the workers was sitting down with another worker. As soon as I approached the counter, they get up without washing their hands and expected to fix my food, that wasn't happening. Found out they don't take coupons anymore, so stop sending them to my house. Ordered my sandwich and they were so skimpy with the condiments I had to continue to ask for more. 3 slices of tomato on a footlong sandwich. And each time I told the young man what else I want, he looked at me crazy and kept saying, "is that all?" I got my sandwich and left. So, until the owners who seem to not care who they hire, do better at kiddy land, I will be fixing my own sandwiches at my house.

Mess order up! Order simple ham cheese heat on white with lettuce and extra mayo only on it got cold sandwich no lettuce at all. Another sandwich was ordered and it was messed up to not how we ordered it. I want be back no time soon. How hard is it to listen and get an order right. I don’t recommend going there to get anything bc it will be messed up when you get it! They wear same gloves I had to ask for them to change their gloves between sandwiches I don’t want whatever the person had in front of me on my sandwich. Be all same if someone had a food allergy.McKenzie location

Went thought the drive thru and ordered a HAM and cheese on flatbread. Asked for it toasted, got it cold. Arrived at 3:15 didn’t leave until 3:45 with a cold freaking sandwich. Literally had 3 ingredients on my sandwich. Like be so for real. Why did it take 15 mins to make a cold sandwich. Should have just went to Paris subway.

When you walk in its nicely remodeled but the kids working there act as if they don't want to be bothered by you. Then you go to the bathroom and it reminds you of a junky old highway bathroom. Dirty light switch, gray sinks from not being cleaned, dry wall debris on the toilet. Just filthy.
The store is NOT clean enough to eat in. We ordered and paid from the app using a coupon code advertised nationally. After waiting 20 minutes they canceled my order without explanation on the app. I called the store and they said the subway app is a 3rd party app that they don't support. Code speak for they won't support coupons and would rather just drop the order. What a shame that they don't care about supporting customers and building a business.

I don't usually frequent many Subways mostly due to the subs served having very little in the way of portions. Today however I was in a rush and said why not. When I went up to the counter I asked the girl what specials they had. She replied that they have no specials. A fast food place with no specials!! It didn't seem that long ago they at least would have a certain $6.00 footlong special of the week. I just told her "they outta think about getting some", and then said "I'm good" and walked out. It is so sad to see that businesses aren't trying to compete anymore for our dollars. It's just not American.

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Such nice kids working in this store. Every time I come in there even it's just me in the store, all three or four employees they always welcome me with a smile and wait eagerly to serve me. One young man, his name is William I like to especially thank for taking the time explaining to me what the Beast sandwich was. Store is always clean, meat and veggies are always fresh and they always get my order right, which is important. I've seen reviews on here about the workers canceling online orders. I had my online order canceled before and I called the main Subway office to inquire about it and I was told the software automatically cancels the orders and still isn't fixed, it's not the workers and they can't give you a refund because the order never actually went through. The software will automatically put it back on your card which happened with me. So don't blame workers for that it's not their fault
