Stopped to get a salad to go, the salad container was only half full and I ended up throwing away most of the lettuce because it was bad.

I didn’t eat here this time, but I spent over three hours servicing some of the kitchen appliances. During that time, I got to see firsthand how much coordination and teamwork goes into getting hot, good-tasting meals out in an orderly fashion. The staff worked really well together, and it was clear they put in a concerted effort to keep things running smoothly. The manager I interacted with was very courteous and helpful, which left a great impression. Next time I’m definitely sitting down for lunch here.

Went in for the two for $25 deal. Asked for a plain burger with only cheese and pickle. Got lettuce on it. They took it back and took the lettuce off and brought it back, with little peices of lettuceon the plate still. I could have done that my self. Poor service for picky eaters.

With a party of 10, our drinks never got below half. Food came out in a timely manner, hot and perfect. Everything was great. Waitress was excellent!

Don't know how food is. The auto voice tells you that they won't take orders over the phone. I don't understand it will take a to go order on line but not over phone. That's INSANE

Everything was so good - fresh, hot, plentiful. My little son had the best time ever with the lava dessert. Only con was the men's room was a disaster which the menfolk in my party were grossed out by. However management immediately tended the issue.

Same Applebee’s as 20 years ago, but not aged well. While clean, pretty beat down and outdated. Bummer on the food, everything tasted like air.

Food was cold and took forever to get. Server was very uncommunicative on what the problem was. Won’t be back.

Very upsetting experience. Drove 45 minutes to use our gift card and ended up waiting 1+ hour for a burger and pasta when it wasn’t even that busy. Server didn’t check on us but twice and offered no solution to our problem and told us to keep waiting. Finally had to call a manager over and cancel our order and leave.

Love the servers! Great people skills and the manager was awesome. She replaced my meal for free on the account that I pretty much didn't read nor ask about the sauce that came with my order. Love how clean it was and quick with seating while busy.
