The food was cold when we received it. The young man waiting on us acted like it was an issue for him to take our order then he charged us for a soda when we ordered water. We are done with Arby's too bad I really enjoyed Arby's when it was good.

So this is my very first time eating Arby’s here in McMinnville (recently moved here) and I got it delivered to me and my burger was raw! I am so glad I looked at it when I took my second bite! How nasty. ? I tried calling but no one would answer. It’s not the delivery drivers fault, it’s the cooks!!!!!! First time I’ve ever experienced raw meat from an Arby’s. Very frustrating and disappointing experience!
Ask for burger well done if require, this is a thick burger. We found this out today while noticing burgers on menu.
Today, Great service! Clean and sanitary environment. Food served hot, and very timely. Excited, now have burgers. Will try soon.
Impressed with serving of food. Evidently, Oregon relaxed food service rules after Covid. This place is primo, and way above average with infection control.
