Deserves zero. If you are looking for a place to dine that is like walking into the projects and dealing with god awful miserable people who will treat you like dirt (and in some cases try to FIGHT YOU) then this is the store for you. Go at your own peril, no telling what you’ll get.

My boyfriend went through the drive thru at this location (I was on the phone with him at this time) and he had forgotten to tell them onion rings instead of fries. As he pulled up to the window to pay he told the woman and she was letting the kitchen know of the swap. WHOEVER the man was started screaming so loud at my boyfriend I could hear every word over the phone. Unprofessional to treat your customers that way. You sir are lucky that it was him and not me because I wouldn't have taken being talked to by you or anyone that way.

The store was not clean. Tables were dirty, the cups they were giving out for drinks were visibly dirty with dust and hairs, the drink and ketchup station was a mess. The food was served promptly but I got another customers no salt fries. While we were trying to eat we kept hearing the staff arguing with multiple F words being used.

They are confusingly rude at this location, like they would prefer you weren't there. My most recent experience the manager chewed me out in the drive thru for not saying I had ordered online, but I had said it to the order taker at the speaker and the cashier at the first window. Somehow their lack of communication was my fault. At least the food was good.
