I called the manager when I got home in Shelbyville to let him know how awesome my experience was! The food, especially the original chicken sandwich, was maybe the best I had ever had at BK. Also, the employees were super nice! Great experience! Wish all fast food places were this wonderful!

Went through drive-thru thought it would be quicker inside it was a little bit busy... And under all the business the crew communicated 100%.. Miss Hailey showed amazing leadership and took opportunities to teach/train when extremely busy with calmness and composure.. backline had a new employee training she took the time to make sure he learned while encouraging him... My sandwich was cut in half per request.. She checked to make sure before bagging.. our order was perfect, who cares if we had to wait.. A++++++++++ service.. "Jon" on register you have perfect cashier presence. Good job. The whole crew worked well together...

Sat in the drive thru line 20 minutes. With 3 cars in front of me while some little girls asks me to give her 1 minute and 5 minutes later still no order taken. Had to dive off and not even get time to eat lunch on a 30 minute break. I worked there in my day and there was no way we would have people sitting there like

Little known fact is that you can't order the chicken fries and the ghost pepper Whopper at the same time at this location. You have to talk to the assistant mgr and STILL drive through the drive-through twice.

The staff is efficient but almost robotic, which is fine as I don't go to Burger King for Socialising.Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger.Dietary restrictions: I don't have any, but I have noticed signage.Parking: A tremendous amount of parking; I've never seen the lot get close to capacity in 30 years.Kid-friendliness: It's Burger King, not McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, although the entrance has a steeply sloped ramp for 6 feet before the door, it is heavy.

A really great BK location. Staff are conscientious about getting your order out correctly. BK beats the fast food chain competition for taste every time!Vegetarian options: The Impossible Burger is aptly named.. it is impossible to distinguish its texture or taste from actual beef.
I ordered my food fifteen minutes ahead, got here, and it still wasn’t done. So his is a consistent problem here. I’m going to be late for work because I thought maybe they would have it together enough to have my food ready after fifteen minutes, but I guess adults can’t put together a simple double cheeseburger.UPDATE: Rudest staff I have ever experienced in fast food. GM has no leadership (claims to be retired special forces…yeah right). I decided to give them one more chance and after waiting at the speaker for a minute and a half I said “Hello?” I was met with a fast, angry “Just a minute, sir.” Save your money and go to the Wendy’s next door. At least the service, speed, and politeness of staff is there. I will never eat at this location and again, and highly recommend avoiding it.
