Stay away, food was undercooked and being that it was chicken who wants to risk salmonella? Cashier extremely rude, ask for receipt and somehow was overcharged almost $5. Pointed this out and they wanted to argue. It's just not worth risking getting sick eating here how the heck the health department gives this place a passing grade is beyond me.

I have ordered from here for three days because I have been sick and only wanted soup. My egg drop soup had some mold in it. That is my only complaint. There could be some better customer service but I really think it is just a language/culture barrier. I don’t think they are intentionally rude.

The fact it's cash or check only amd provides no ATM limits customers. No where does it say this except by the window where the till is taken. So you could waste a lot of time standing in line just to be told CHECK OR CASH ONLY ?

Pick up General Tso Chicken, eggroll and steamed dumplingsService was good. Only takes cash or check but they don't tell you when ordering on phone.Waiting area clean.also some tables. We did pickup so didn't stay.General Tso Chicken. Sauce was good. Not sure if any chicken at all. Couldn't find any chicken at all just small pieces of dull tasteless batter/breading. More like popcorn chicken size. Maybe bottom of bag? Broccoli was over cooked.Eggroll was Very crispy and tasted okSteamed dumplings were very tasty slightly spicy filling,maybe pork. Very tasty.I don't know if we will come back. Super disappointed in the chicken dish not having any chicken.

I tried to place an order to the young man working the register who refuses to speak. Apparently he can only point at things and blink and might be higher brain function deficient. However I did find out that this place is CASH ONLY because they refuse to enter the 20th century much less the 21st.

First time here. Cash only - which was fine but I’m sorry the meal was not good. Maybe because I ordered something I’ve never tried. Moo goo gai pan was unappealing and I could only eat the snow peas. The egg roll was ok until I got a large chunk of fat in one of the bites. I might give them 1 more try.
There is a saying that the less customer service at an Asian restaurants, the better the food is (I’m Asian, and I have noticed that, because the less they are aware of western customs the more likely they make authentic food?). Anyway, they were very rude, did not seem interested in my order, and acted like I was bothering them. But the food was very good?, I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables and the chicken was tender, sauce was flavorful and vegetable very fresh. So there you go. You may get irritated with them but the food is good. Not sure how it’s benefitting them to be so rude though??♀️, looks like that’s the main complaint from everyone.

I didn’t even get to try food. Ordered some things for pickup, and as soon as I gave them my order and phone number, they just hung up. No timeframe, no confirmation that I ordered, not even a bye. Just hung up. Got there, just hoping they had my order, and they did; but failed to tell me they don’t take card payments. I don’t carry cash for safety purposes. So I left empty handed and will not be back. The service is AWFUL. Not worth giving your time to. The place is disgustingly dirty and smelled like rotten fish and you couldn’t hear anyone through their barrier.
