I have ordered from here for three days because I have been sick and only wanted soup. My egg drop soup had some mold in it. That is my only complaint. There could be some better customer service but I really think it is just a language/culture barrier. I don’t think they are intentionally rude.

There is a saying that the less customer service at an Asian restaurants, the better the food is (I’m Asian, and I have noticed that, because the less they are aware of western customs the more likely they make authentic food?). Anyway, they were very rude, did not seem interested in my order, and acted like I was bothering them. The food is delicious! There have been a few times that we have had an order messed up, but we were kind and they were able to remedy the problem.For those of you who are leaving reviews saying that the people are rude and the customer service is a zero, you need to understand that the Chinese culture is completely different than ours.
