The cashier, man wearing a blue sleeve, was difficult to talk to. I asked for the burger not to have mayonnaise, ketchup or cheese. He said he had bo idea what i was saying the burger had extra mayonnaise extra ketchup. Wanted mustard on it it didn't have any. It was for my daddy and he wouldn’t let me take it back but the man had a nasty attitude about him. The bathrooms was dirty, the condiment stand had a bucket of dirty water sitting on it as well. Just an overall bad experience

When they get your order right it’s great. But it’s gotten to expensive and even then it’s only what you ordered about half the time.

Drive thru was slow but not busy. Ordered in app for drive thru pickup. My order was acknowledged at speaker, but asked rice by two separate people at window what I ordered. Don't understand the confusion. Food was ok.

So I was going to give a full detail of my awful experience yesterday here but the owner seems to not care by all of the other bad experiences posted here. The owner doesn’t seem to want to better the quality and experience of their customers in general. Just read below the basic responses to his customers that offer zero fixes for their valid complaints/experiences… So I just personally won’t be giving them any more money till they fix the management here.

Great service

I bring my son up there for a pup cup and my family member worked there told me it was free said take them up there to get one and someone ordered before me and got same thing but they got theirs for free and they said 2.99 so it's free for everyone else but my sons now why is that his almost 1 and almost 3 and 4 next month his birthday and after is both my son's birthday 💯🫵🫵🫵😡😡😡😡😡🫵🫵🫵🫵🫵

Mcminnville location stopped to get what I always get at other locations first time here never again! the choc SUNDAE looked like it had been made prior to order how lazy and nasty didn't even look right had to throw away afraid to eat it! soo disappointed I went through the drive through yuck waste of time and money
