The girl that waited on us was very nice. Donuts were good and inside was nice instead of dirty.
Not all dunkin donuts franchises serve fresh on the spot, but our donuts were not stale at all.
They were delicious! :)

I have been here several times and have waited half an hour or more in the drive thru lane for a coffee order. Unclear what the reason behind this is but would much rather visit any other coffee establishment in town than wait over half an hour for a coffee every time I visit
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever experienced. I would love to love it, because it's something new in my hometown. Unfortunately, I simply cannot... I gave it 3 chances, all 3 were a fail... The 3rd prompting this review.. I have purchased many times at various Dunkin' establishments the very simple snack bag of bacon. I have a 3 year old that loves it. It's bacon, it's sweet & crispy!!! Well, this bacon just wasn't any of that.... They literally gave me cold microwavable bacon, that still had the gelatinous white oil encasing the cold folds of bacon.... I take it back in & the only explanation was, I'm sorry all of our food is precooked.... š¤Æ
Okay! So do you not at least heat the sausage, or eggs, either? In return just a blank stare.... There's something lacking here.... #Dunkin

I'll just say this, how can you be out of donuts at a donut place with 4 1/2 hours before closing. This is not just a drink place, it's a donut place. Hence the words Dunkin Donuts! I've been seeing this posted over and over again and apparently this is true. Corporate needs to know this is happening, you can't rely on the franchise owner to handle this.

I have come here several times since it opened trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I had to wait at least 20 min up to 45. Today, I pull up. There is nobody else in line. Iām thinkin āYES! Iāll be in and out super quick!ā. Wrong! I ordered and still waited at the window for over 15 minutes. After reading several reviewsā¦. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Please fix it or unfortunately it will be another place to come and go in McMinnville.

Iām sorry but every time I go my drink is made wrong. I always ask for cookie butter cold foam, no cookie crumbles. Yet they always put the crumbles on. Itās not that hard.
This is the worst Dunkin we've ever been to. We were so excited to get a Dunkin in mcminnville but after the past 3 visits we've had, we won't be back. The drive thru takes 20 minutes no matter what, the drink orders on those three visits have been wrong 2 of the 3 times, and the one it wasn't wrong I had to park and have my drink brought out to me because they gave my drink to someone else and didn't have it when I finally got to the window. This is beyond atrocious service, it's time for corporate to step in and make some corrections. The management team is clearly incapable.

Ordered a frozen coffee and Carmel drizzle. Coffee was not frozen and had chocolate instead of carmel.. the people need more training. Have went there twice and both times my order has been wrong.
Out of the three times I've gone here, they have only ever taken my order a single time and my sandwich was cold. Drive through with a 33% order rate, pretty terrible.

It took them 45 minutes to get me through the drive thru.
Allow me to paint a picture of my experience: I arrive in the drive thru and see they have two order lanes. Perfect, I think, because the only reason to have two of those is if the business needs to process customers super quickly. Each lane has about 4 cars in it, so I expect a maximum of 8 cars to be processed before me. Every other place I've ever been with two order lanes has processed that many cars in, at absolute worst, 15 minutes. I proceed to wait 20-25 minutes just to get to the order terminal. Then, because it seems they only have one person working said terminals, who also didn't seem trained to do so, they proceeded to get orders from the other line... 3-4 times in a row, without taking mine. This is not how this system works, anywhere, for any reason. Finally, they take my order. I have a fairly simple, two item order. I have to repeat myself multiple times, and make corrections when the screen reveals they've put in the wrong things. My order is finally in. They proceed to take another roughly 20 minutes processing 3-4 cars ahead of me. (I am not counting the one that gave up and drove off after ordering.) I get to the window, and they take payment. Their system prompts me if I want to tip. For a fast food drive thru order. They hand me my order. There is no apology for my wait, or for the absolute complete breakdown that was every step of this process. I get to work (late for the first time in months), and eat. The food is... okay. I'd rank it slightly below McDonald's food.
If you cannot handle having two drive thru lanes, close the second one. Give your team actual training. There was nowhere near enough traffic to justify my wait time, and even if the wait time had been acceptable, there were too many mistakes made in how the drive thru is being run.

A Dunkinā Donuts that doesnāt make their donuts fresh on site, that is a joke. Dunkinā Donuts was always known for having fresh donuts. Obviously, their reputation is going downhill.
