I had almost given up on Fazollis. Then I tried the Mcminnville restaurant So glad I did! Food, staff, cleanliness were amazing! I WILL be back!

I have never been disappointed. It's unbelievable how friendly everyone has always been compared to some of the horrible customer service skills from other fast food chains here. My food has always been fresh, great flavor, perfect portion size and always on time or faster than expected. I actually feel good about going back every time instead of dreading dealing with any employees.
Our drive thru worker was super sweet, a dirty blonde girl on night shift. She was patient taking our order and when we changed our minds and turned around to order more food. She also complimented me and my boyfriend as a couple and was all around a sweet person.

Seriously the best fast food spot. Im not sure the other Fazolis live up to this one, but this location has the best service and they really keep it clean.
Everyone at the McMinnville location is always great and friendly. However, I just wish they'd come sooner to ask if you need more bread sticks and sometimes we have to go up and ask for more. Also, they quit grating fresh cheese on your pasta is what they told us. I don't like that. The fresh grated cheese on pasta made it awesome. Other than that store is always nice and clean! Friendly staff! If we could only fix those 2 things I mentioned. Great otherwise!

Stopped in for lunch and could not have been more impressed. Everything was perfect. Great food at a great price. The food was delivered to the table along with fresh bread sticks and shredded cheese for the pasta. Will definitely be back.
