This is the second time that we've (my family) have ordered online with this restaurant and it's the second time that our orders were all jacked up. Before leaving the restaurant we checked that the food was in the bag and indeed it was but upon getting home we find that they are all mislabeled and completely wrong. For example I ordered the 2 fish sandwich combo with lettuce, tomato and extra pickle. We were charged for the tomato even. It had none of that. Both sandwiches just bare fish a tartar sauce. ALL the food was cold. If you patronize this particular location I highly suggest ordering in and making sure they make your food the right way before leaving. This is hot garbage.

I’m gonna place an order to go for 8:15 PM. I picked it up 15 minutes later if that. When I arrived home, the fries were not fully cooked, and they reeked of being freezer burnt. Some fries were still FROZEN. The bag was sopping wet with oil and leaked all over the car. I called to get either a refund on the fries or have them remake them. A woman answered and told me I needed to wait and threw the phone down without putting me on hold. When somebody finally came to the phone After listening to them bicker back-and-forth on who was taking the call, The woman identified herself as the assistant general manager. She YELLED at me, interrupted me & argued over the fries. She refused to refund the fries and when I asked for the GM she continued saying she was the ASSISTANT GM then hung up. This is beyond disappointing and I will not be ordering from them again.

No complaints about the service or atmosphere. The food was fine, but I'm a little aggravated that we had to add pickles & onions to burgers that are supposed to come with those items on them. If I'm gonna have put my own toppings on at home I could have bought the other stuff & made them myself. I always check to make sure we got what we ordered, but I guess now I'll have to make sure I'm getting all the pickles & onions I'm paying for too. 😆

I have stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to order. The lady taking orders does one order at a time and stands and just waits where the food comes out from people preparing. Very unorganized and poor management.
