The food it always great. I ordered a pot pie in the app. When I walked they told me they were cooking still. It's a cold January day. They ran out, I completely understand that. When I went back in to get it. The girl looked at me said " here " then threw my bag on the counter. Not a thank you. No, sorry you had to wait for your order. Mind you I wasn't to the counter yet. There was a drink on my order. Which wasn't there. I stood there for a minute to give her time to do whatever else she was doing. They weren't busy. One other car in the customer parking lot. When she finally made eye contact. I asked for my drink. She walked around the counter and handed me a cup. Not saying a single word.

Horrible!!!! My chicken was burnt and the gravy was all in the bottom of my bag. I work hard for my money and I feel disrespected. I'm getting tired of these fast food places messing up people's food like it's some kind of joke.

The drive thru order taker was very rude and seemed like she was having a bad day, when I pulled around to pay the same girl was very rude she rolled her eyes at me when I ask what was the sauces for the tenders. I said all I wanted was to ask about the sauces she shut the window in my face, I told her she was rude and asked to talk to a manager. I proceeded to say what had happened and she , the manager, begun to roll her eyes and said very rude like I'll talk to her, I said if I could talk to someone else and she said you don't get no higher than her I said give me the number to corporate or the owner, she refused. I've been there to this location in McMinnville a few times and they have been very rude several times. I don't like some of the crew workers there. And doubt I'll go back unless these woman are not working. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemy. Poor excuse for good help.

Very dissapointed in the chicken. It's been years since I ate KFC. Chicken was not like I remember,flavor was so so and saturated with oil. On the up side, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good.

Very dirty restaurant. The floors , doors, walls are filthy, the drink machine is nasty. Everything needs to be sanitize. I didn't use the bathroom but if the restaurant is gross I imagine the bathrooms wouldn't be much different.

Remember if you were a senior to say something and speak up The food I got that day was actually one of the better meals that I've gotten from KFC in the past they're actually were bigger pieces than what I have seen recently which was very pleasing unfortunately the next day when I went to pick up some other stuff their fryer was broken and you couldn't get chicken

Tha worst chicken I've had in 52 years. It was not even cooked all the way, we ordered a 12 piece bucket and they didn't even have all 12 pieces in original recipe. It was so much uncooked flour the chicken stuck together, tasted old and when I took it back they said they would only exchange the unused pieces of chicken. Do not eat at this place if you value your health. There is just no such thing anymore with customer service. Sad, this place won't be open long with that kind of service because we will never go back there EVER!

Food is way too expensive for what you get. No real reason to jack the price this high. Guess like others it's just because they can. Sadly I just don't think the quality of food is worth the money they charge.
