Maybe I just caught them at a good time but this was the best KFC I’ve ever had. Eaten all over the country and this was the freshest most delicious chicken I’ve gotten at any location. Had an issue with my DoorDash order missing items but that’s not on the staff. Even so they promptly replaced the items and were super friendly.

The food it always great. I ordered a pot pie in the app. When I walked they told me they were cooking still. It's a cold January day. They ran out, I completely understand that. When I went back in to get it. The girl looked at me said " here " then threw my bag on the counter. Not a thank you. No, sorry you had to wait for your order. Mind you I wasn't to the counter yet. There was a drink on my order. Which wasn't there. I stood there for a minute to give her time to do whatever else she was doing. They weren't busy. One other car in the customer parking lot. When she finally made eye contact. I asked for my drink. She walked around the counter and handed me a cup. Not saying a single word.
My mother & I stopped in for lunch and had great meal good service.

Horrible!!!! My chicken was burnt and the gravy was all in the bottom of my bag. I work hard for my money and I feel disrespected. I'm getting tired of these fast food places messing up people's food like it's some kind of joke.

The drive thru order taker was very rude and seemed like she was having a bad day, when I pulled around to pay the same girl was very rude she rolled her eyes at me when I ask what was the sauces for the tenders. I said all I wanted was to ask about the sauces she shut the window in my face, I told her she was rude and asked to talk to a manager. I proceeded to say what had happened and she , the manager, begun to roll her eyes and said very rude like I'll talk to her, I said if I could talk to someone else and she said you don't get no higher than her I said give me the number to corporate or the owner, she refused. I've been there to this location in McMinnville a few times and they have been very rude several times. I don't like some of the crew workers there. And doubt I'll go back unless these woman are not working. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemy. Poor excuse for good help.

Very dissapointed in the chicken. It's been years since I ate KFC. Chicken was not like I remember,flavor was so so and saturated with oil. On the up side, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good.
