Not sure who is running this place but when I came in to the kfc late this evening it looked a mess. Lobby was unorganized and messy. Chicken was very dry. There seemed to be no staff attentive to the front. And I had to wait. Very unpleased with the visit.

Food was phenomenal. Wait time was minimal, the manager Ms. Woods greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely professional! Establishment was very clean! Would definitely recommend.
Maybe I just caught them at a good time but this was the best KFC I’ve ever had. Eaten all over the country and this was the freshest most delicious chicken I’ve gotten at any location. Had an issue with my DoorDash order missing items but that’s not on the staff. Even so they promptly replaced the items and were super friendly.

The KFC in McMinnville, TN makes good quality food and the service is usually good and very friendly. -1* for service this trip because they forgot 1 item I pre-ordered through the app.
