I'm honestly blown away by my experience here. The 3 workers never even acknowledged our presence until we sat for over 30 minutes. I stopped a lady and told her we haven't been seen. Then she never came back. About 15 minutes later we were finally able to order by the owner. He never turned our order in. Then when he went to "check" on the order, the lady who I assume is Kimmie was literally screaming, "I don't care" from the kitchen. It was awkward to say the least. Other customers were looking around after hearing her scream multiple times. I felt bad for the man running the front. They finally brought my huspands food, but not mine. We finally told them to not worry about my food and left. I understand they were busy but over all a terrible experience.

Enjoyed a proper English Tea in McMinnville, TN! The Owner is from England and the Food is beyond delicious! The Tea included Quiche, Fresh Fruit, Pasta Salad, Cheese and Crackers, and a variety of Specialty Desserts that will having you wanting more! Not to mention Fresh Brewed English Tea. We chose Vanilla and it did not disappoint. 48 hours is needed to Reserve a Tea. Just call in advance to Reserve your day and time to the sweet workers that enjoy working there. Well worth the drive! I plan to return.
Parking: If full in the front can park in the back and enter Teal Door.

I have ate here a few time and each time the food has been very good. The service is very slow, unorganized and no one seems to know where things are, how to get them and running around talking way TOO MUCH AND NOT ENOUGH WORKING. If you wait on your lunch way past your lunch time its not good! If you sit there 10 to15 minutes before being waited in that small of place thats not good either. Needs a better manager. Sorry.

The service is excellent, the food abundant and delicious, the atmosphere, cozy and bright, and the tea is AMAZING! I had the Italian Wedding Cake tea, and it was fantastic. If you have not experienced their tea party, you must go!
My husband and I treated his grandmother to a luxury tea party. There were sandwiches, a fruit and cheese tray, soup, and tiered pastries. We even wore fancy hats for the occasion. I have not seen his grandmother have a greater time. Thank you! The owners are the kindest people. We even wore a fancy pink hat from Notting Hill! Thank you Kimmi and Mark for this fine establishment!

This place is amazing! I took my grandmother to have a tea party, and we were provided sandwiches, a fruit and cheese tray, soup, and a tier of scrumptious pastries. It felt like a Bridgerton tea party! We wore fancy hats and had the best time!
