This is the absolute worst place in McMinnville.My biggest issue is the price. On the website verses what I was charged are large discrepancies. I have photos of my receipt and the website attached. When asked about it I get told it’s the old menu and those aren’t right. Well when I call in I’m looking at your online menu and that’s price I expect. Especially after ordering I’m not told on the phone the total. I was also not informed of the outrageous 10% take out fee. What in the world is that?! You charge me to come pick up my own food?!Then on to the food. Asked for grilled pineapple and was given a fruit plate. Oh and the pineapple is NOT grilled. See the photo. Order the queso fondido (which they had no idea what I was talking about and my English pronunciation of it is not that bad) and the cheese is hard as a rock not melty at all. See attached photo.Needless to say I will not return here. When confronted in person about this there was no help. Eye rolls and a whatever attitude but no desire to help resolve my issues or questions. I had to grab a menu in person and investigate that the menu was in fact updated.

We SO love the yumminess and value of taco Tuesday! The shrimp tacos are $2 and the steak and chicken tacos are $1! We haven't had the best experience with 2 of the waiters *a larger male, especially, huffs and acts as though we are disturbing his vacation*, but we LOVE Luis and are so happy he's back serving! ❤️Kid-friendliness: Kiddos love it here!

We were missing half of our food. I live 15-20 minutes from town so I didn’t realize until I got back home. I spent 47.28. When I called to tell them and ask for a discount they said they could only do 5% when they charged me 10% curbside pick up fee. They could have at least reimbursed me the 10%. They then proceeded to tell me, that if I am not willing to accept that they need to go to the next customer. What happened to pleasing the customer??? We have given La Cazona a lot of business over the years. I am very disappointed in the service we received!! Customer relations is very important in business. I am a business owner myself and I have never treated a customer the way they treated me.

Had a really bad experience this was our first time at this place. We waited for 30 min for food to come. They brought the wrong food. The chicken on fajita was under cooked couldn’t even bite the chicken. I Order Fajita quesadilla barely had cheese, no veg the tortilla was charcoal burnt. When I took a bite of the quesadilla it seemed they poured a bottle of oil in the inside of the quesadilla. We left all the food at the table. When we payed at the register the cashier ask if everything was ok with the food. We said NO and her reply was ( well sorry can’t give you a discount ) We never asked for a discount after the fact that the cashier gave attitude. Our point was to let the Owners know that the quality of the food is very poor! And they need to better educate their employees on how better provide customer service.
