Los Trajos Cantina Mexican 1568 Sparta St, McMinnville, TN 37110 is a newer Hispanic restaurant everyone should try. Exceptionally clean and inviting, the service is great and quick, the whole building is very new and modern. I ordered Quesadilla Hawaiian and it's my new fave, add bacon for a sweet/salty flavor!!
Beautiful restaurant, fantastic food, and wonderful service. Adolfo V was our server he did fantastic job. If you are visiting area and love Mexican food worth the stop....

I've seen mixed reviews of this restaurant but I have had nothing but great results every time I went. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. The food was fast and delicious I would recommend trying this place out!
