Every time we go here we ask for extra onions on our McDoubles, and usually no onions at all. Do yall not know how to read? Are yall out of onions? We have to ask for a little container of onions or we don’t get them.

I pulled up at 10:37am on a Sunday and was told they no longer were serving breakfast. Extremely disappointed that they lied to me. After I ordered I heard other ppl ordering breakfast. I told my daughter I'd get her pancakes but had to order her something else only to find out the lady lied bc they were busy and wanted to transition to lunch cause it's easier on them. Feels like I wasted money getting food we didn't want. Next time I'll know to double down and point out its still breakfast hours, which I hate to do. Disappointed with the service but didn't give 1 star bc the foods still okay.

Because we were given the wrong number card I had to hunt down our food. It was delivered to the wrong table. After it was brought back up front I had to explain 3 times that was my food. Having employees deliver food to people in the lobby is a waste of resources. The employees are constantly confused whose order is whose.

I pulled up around 3:30 pm at the drive up about 10 cars deep. When I got to the window, I had to pull over and wait again for a single quarter pounder meal. I hate when this happens. They should have that grill loaded when they have a rush. Just saying. This happens all the time. Plus... THE FRIES WERE COLD TOO.

Depending on the day they are ur typical fast food restaurant.
We had lunch today or not dine in and ordered large fries and cheeseburger this was at 1130 am had to throw our lunch in garbage burger tasted as if it been heated several times but still was cold the large fries was not a full cup came out soft and limp and cold took back to counter ask for fresh hot fries she stuck her hand in my fries and told them I needed hot fries those were cold they just try to heat same fries up put in a bag still limp and warm on top and still cold in middle of course I didn’t eat them hot or cold being the cashier stuck her hand in them so all the lunch went in garbage poor service and food at the peak of lunch time😠

Do not recommend this McDonalds. If you order at the drive thru or the mobile app they will more than likely make you wait. When they bring your food out it is cold and you can tell they’ve had it for minute but make you wait for no reason. REALLY BAD MANAGEMENT!!
