Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered online at 5:24pm was supposed to be ready 5:49-5:59. By 6:05 and waiting for lots of minutes with the girl working knowing that I’m waiting, they finally put my pizza in to bake and I leave at 6:15. No sorry, no communication about it with me. I asked the girl if she knew how much longer after the stated time to be ready had passed. She gave me an attitude and a vague answer that didn’t answer anything. They did not care about people waiting and prioritizing customers in order. Never again will I go in here and be treated like I don’t matter. No thanks, there is better pizza at other places that have customer service!

I would give zero if I could. I’ve done three online orders recently and absolutely every single one has not even been started until I am either calling after the scheduled pickup time or just not started at all. It’s always some excuse. Tonight they had “a call ahead for 35 pizzas”, yet mine was ordered more than 30 minutes prior to even calling to check on the order status. We’re going with the three strike rule here. 👎🏼

Ordered 2 Papa bowls and some cheese sticks on April 20, 2025. The person at the pick up window was very kind and courteous. To the person who made our order. It was fantastic thank you for a great experience.

Called, gave them the info, made me repeat the spelling of my last name 3x, was rude to begin with so I matched her energy after making me repeat myself 3x (I’m guessing she didn’t like that) I got annoyed because the phone sounded clear!, l thought we made the order at the end of the call because they gave me a total of around 22$ then about 50mins pass, I call to check up on the order and she tells me they don’t have any order and that it was never put it, we argured a bit and called her stupid because what.

Love this location. Pizza is always great. Order online or on the app with no issues. Usually able to get some good deals as well. They don't deliver to our address, but love that they have a drive-thru window. Staff is always friendly.

Ordered a pizza mind you they don’t close till 11. They brought us the wrong order and when we said that to the driver, they took our food back to the store and he said he would see what they say at the store. We waited 20 minutes after they tried to deliver and we didn’t hear anything so we called the store. The girl that answered the phone was the rudest person in the world and said in the snippiest tone “this is Papa John’s we’re closed” wouldn’t even let us speak and when we tried to explain the situation, she tried to blame it on us and said oh we canceled your order so it’s not coming. They never bothered to try to call us and let us know that our order was thrown away and canceled.

If I could give negative I would.i came in for the 15.99, 5 topping or specialty pizza and got charged 28.25 for a 4 topping medium pizza instead 10/10 would not give this location my business ever again service was horrible and no resolution to why a 16 dollar large pizza became a 28 dollar medium beyond putt off and disgusted by papa John's business practice. I will never buy from any papa John's location after

We ordered on the app and did not receive our pizza until two hours later would not recommend this papa johns go to dominos instead you will receive your pizza in a timely manner
