Was excited to try this place. It's cute, but the burger was the worst I've ever had. They said they were hand patted fresh every day, maybe so, but there was no cooking going on there. There was not even a hint of a sear on the burger. These were microwaved, ugh! Grayish colored meat?, with no flavor. First and last time!!!!!

Best chicken salad on croissant ever!! We shared that an a Tiffy Burger (burger with spicy pimento cheese, very mild spice). Both were excellent. We travel to Knoxville frequently and we will be back.

Showed up at 12:00 p.m. to get lunch for myself and my wife. They only had one country fried steak left on the hot bar and the lady acted like it would be an inconvenience to cook more. Had an attitude as if to say, "If you want more than one, then you are SOL." Normally like their food, but I won't be bothering to give them anymore of my money. Why would you not have more food ready at 12:00 p.m. Should I stop by at 8:00 a.m. to order lunch? Horrible customer service.
This place looks like a hole in the wall but great food and friendly service. Down to earth country cooking.
