Bathrooms are filthy, floors sticky and stalls hardly ever lock. Wait staff is hit or miss sometimes they are on their game. Most times they are not. Has steadily been going down for about a year or so. Used to be our favorite place to eat. sat there for ann hour. Finally food came out and an incorrect order was sent out they took the food back but when it returned 90% of it was cold. They took the chicken off the plate and let the rest sit till the shrimp was cooked and sent it right back out. Out of ketchup for the kids meals and it took two times of asking before we were informed they had none.

Chicken teriyaki is awesome! My wife loves all the rolls. I get the chicken hibachi with fried rice. Got to have yum yum sauce.

food is good but if you order and get take out the meat serving is tiny i paid 17$ for a beef bento box and there were like 5 tiny pieces in the entire thing way more when you go inside

Food is good, dont come in between 2 and 3. They are open but running with basically no staff during that time.

Update: they have started putting really good staff on the 2 to 3 shift, so it's gotten a lot better.

Rarely am I compelled to write a review and I am hoping to receive a response, I did order through DoorDash so I’m not sure if I’ll just be shouting into the wind, but I had just ordered 2 Boston rolls and a shrimp tempura roll and a house salad, I will take responsibility in not knowing what was on the Boston roll (I ordered the 3 roll lunch and it didn’t provide descriptions in it but that’s not Saki’s fault necessarily that’s just Doordash’s interface) that being said- the roll was 80% lettuce 19% cucumber and 1% of what I assume is shrimp according to the menu but it honestly looks like krab. I have ordered Boston rolls at other establishments and in my experience lettuce is not a typical ingredient, but due to the sheer amount of lettuce it’s inedible, not just because it literally just tastes like a mouthful of lettuce some folks may be into that but this roll falls apart immediately since lettuce does not stick together the way the contents of a sushi roll typically sticks together, I can’t even use my hands to eat it with it just falling apart in my hands let alone chopsticks. Less importantly, I also asked for a salad and got soup which I really did not want so essentially only the tempura shrimp roll was edible. Due to the 3 rolls being a single item there was hardly any recourse on DoorDash since I did recieve it but if you can reach out with a resolution I would genuinely appreciate it.

We are new to the area and always go for hibachi for our kids' birthdays. After seeing this establishment had over 4 stars we decided to try it out. The waitress was polite and relatively friendly. The meal was absolutely horrible. We all ordered something from the hibachi menu. The "fried" rice was an oversteamed, tasteless mush. My steak was overcooked and tasted old, that's the best way to describe it. Not sure how you get round pieces when cutting a steak if you cook it properly. The shrimp was slimy and overcooked. Our waitress didn't even ask how everything tasted (or something to that effect) because she probably knew it was awful. We left our plates almost completely untouched and we were only asked if we'd like boxes. My response was "No, thank you, the meal was awful". We got an awkward chuckle from the waitress and then she left to get our bill. We will definitely not be returning to give it another chance.

Had an amazing lunch! The owner is amazing. Such a sweet lady. Had some saki samples and bought 2 bottles, it was all so good! The rest of the staff is also amazing. Great sushi, great service! Definitely coming back.

We pulled in the parking lot at 8:45 pm not sure what time they close. We were greeted warmly and treated like VIPs even though it was our first visit and we arrived 15 minutes before closing. As we finished our dinner (both rolls were really good, and the fried rice was as well) the owner came over to thank us for stopping by. We ended up chatting and laughing with her for nearly an hour like old friends. The server was super sweet, the food was really good, and we felt like our business was genuinely valued. Thank you for a fantastic experience. We will certainly be back!
