I got three of these one was supposed to be without vegetables. The other two had vegetables. Needless to say they all came like this with only the nacho sauce barely any food in here at all like I am so mad this is just ridiculous. Please do not fall for this.!!!! I’m out of 26$ smh

Ordering for several kids. The young man at the counter named Micheal huffed when I told him i needed 7 sandwiches. And proceeded to make comments about how much I was ordering to his coworkers.There was only one other customer in the store the entire time I was there. I have never felt so uncomfortable or “in the way” as that young man made me feel. If you’re trying to feed a family or more than one or two people I wouldn’t suggest this location.

Made a mobile order (online) for a footlong Spicy Nacho STEAK sub with no cheese sauce, add pepperjack cheese. When my husband got home with the food, I discovered it had chicken with no cheese at all. The two churros and pretzel we ordered were so stale that I couldn't even cut them with scissors. I called the store to let them know, but of course the only way they'd rectify it was if we drove all the food back. We declined due to the severe weather, but no other options were given. Stick with the traditional way of ordering a sandwich bc they tend to slack off when you can't watch them make it.

Husband just went and tried to order a cold cut sub and said no bologna. Said the staff said we can't take it off because it's all rolled together???? So meat doesn't come apart if you unroll it? Got home and it's only bologna on the sub. How did no bologna turn into only bologna. Will not be returning.

I have been here 2x in the last month. Both occasions and employee was extremely rude to her co workers and rolling her eyes at them and guests. Miss McKenzie needs to learn about professional responses to situations.
Parking: Drive way is hard to get in and out of. And parking is set up very wierd

I ordered curbside delivery. I arrived 1 minute before my app stated my sandwiches were ready I parked in front of the store. I marked on the app "I'm here.
I watched employees helping customers, and 1 employee was just standing by the drink machine. I later learned she was "drivethru"? So I waited another few minutes, then drove back around to the drive-thru lane. The customer ahead of me had a large order, it took another 15 minutes, 20 minutes and counting for me.
I pull to the window and the same employee handed me my order w/o even asking my name. I asked how she knew me. She said she watched me drive around. She said your order said white sedan. I said the dodge challenger ahead of me is a sedan, my ticket said white SUV. She then slammed the drive-thru window so hard it reopened. All of the employees stopped what they were doing.
I drove back to the front, went inside and asked for the manager. She isn't here tonight I was told.
The girl was crying behind the back station, when I stated how dare you slam the window shut in a customer's face. You call that customer service? I stated that I had watched her watch me in front of the store waiting and then in BACK of the store in the drive-thru for 24 minutes waiting to get 2 subs. REALLY?
I did state to her to go back to school to learn to read. I suggest this manager retrain her on do's and don'ts of customer service. IF the employee keeps her job.

This place is just as depressing to eat at as it was before the new space. No parking, literally 4 parking spots and the employees park in them. The owners are grumpy and rude. The food is sub-par and the staff are miserable around the owners. It's been this way for years.

I am a regular, I come to eat here all the time and most of the time it is good the last two times i have been here it has sucked. The first occasion was on my sandwich i get mustard my fiancée does not like mustard when the lady cut my sandwich she never sanitized the knife before cutting my fiancées sandwich. (i know thats what they're supposed to do i know someone who has worked here). The second time they gave my fiancee old hard bread and when i asked if they could make more cookies they were lazy and did not do anything. the only person who knows how to do their job here is the GM himself. i am disappointed.

Came in at 830 all chairs was put up. Employees acted upset we was ordering 2 6 in subs. Did not have any meatballs
The customer service was sub-par at best. The lettuce looked brown and the tomatoes weren't ripe.You cannot use the app for any discounts at this location, a big disappointment! I will travel to Morrison subway in the future.

My family just got sandwiches from there, I had the chicken teriyaki. There wasn't much chicken on there, couldn't hardly tell there was oil and vinegar on it. Above all it wasn't very good.

ordered a toasted turkey 6 inch sandwich with mayonnaise and American cheese. they gave me a foot long with no cheese and not even toasted. as someone who worked at subway.. how do you forget cheese?

I'd rather go out of my way to the Morrison location than keep coming here to watch this rude staff talk down to people that don't deserve it. Whether the handi-capped old lady next to me accidentally said toasted or not, give her what she wants. End of convo-no arguing necessary. She could barely stand up and was hanging on to the counter and your staff was ganging up on her and slamming her sandwhich across the counter because she didn't want it toasted and you all heard her say toasted. Is that hard of a fix to lay meat and cheese on bread? She was still on the first step. Your bad attitudes make you and this subway look like trash. Everyone I work with at a very large established business in this town has quit going because of this bad service. You same people want $20 an hour and yet will argue over a sandwhich to a handicapped old lady. Coming from working years of customer service, I absolutely can back myself up that this is not how customer service works. Pathetic.
