The food was pretty good, but it was horrible service. At one point, when I was without a drink, I seen my unattentive waitress go across the street. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant. I finally had to ask the bartender to go find my waitress. Horrible service.
The atmosphere is the best part of this place, but they need to fix that ugly kitchen service door in the lobby. It’s not a Waffle House, and it detracts from the overall experience. Everything from drinks, appetizers, and entrees was overpriced for what you get. For example, $10 for truffle fries without any sauce is outrageous. Had the worst service in a long time. Justin was our server. From the moment he brought us our drinks to the delivery of our check we said "Thank you" for everything he did. He never once said a simple "you're welcome "! We tried joking with him and nothing. No interaction / No personality. While he went through the motions and provided us with our drinks and meals.
