“This is a fantastic establishment. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and treated my wife and I with honor. Every guest that I saw were having a great time as well. We don't live in the area, but next time we are passing through we are planning on eating here again. I highly recommend Ming's Buffet for anyone seeking both authentic Oriental cuisine as well as Asian hospitality.

I had hibachi chicken and shrimp. he had hibachi steak and shrimp! it isn't like our favorite spot in chattanooga but we would recommend this place to people it was really good!!! we will be back. the people were really nice place was clean. a little cold and the lighting was really a little to low for me. but everything was great thank you very much!!!“

“I love eating here and the owners and always get good service, HOWEVER, I arrive on Sat night just a few minutes before 9pm, a server who is sweeping the floor looks at me like I just ruined her night by showing up. It's CLEARLY POSTED on the door business hours open until 10pm! So I asked her if they were open until 10, and she said she didn't even know, so another person comes out from the kitchen and says they are, but I wouldn't be able to get coffee nor a salad. This is unacceptable! If it's posted you are open until 10pm, then ALL menu items SHOULD BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 10! Now, I could understand had I walked in at, say, 10 or 15 minutes until 10 or maybe even 9:30, but there was a GOOD HOUR until closing time, with even a few minutes over. I LOVE this place but that is NOT GOOD BUSINESS! A few others have complained about this as well. If it's posted and advertised business hours until 10pm, then customers should expect JUST THAT!“

“This an a all around amazing place to go to and the waiters there are just as awesome. Our family loves to go here and it feels like a home-like environment there. I would definitely recommend their alambres special, it's around 12$ and it is loaded with fajita veggies,steak,chicken,shrimp, oh and the kicker BACON! their salsa has a amazing flavor and isn't too spicy. Personally I can get burnt out on Hispanic dishes if I have it too much but this is a place I'd never get tired of going to and would recommend this to everyone. Prices are fair for what they serve as well and i usually have to take a to go box from their awesome portion sizes

Vegetarian options: Not too sure about the vegan options but I'm sure they could whip something up for the folks that are vegan or vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: For dietary restrictions just let your waiter know and they'll accommodate for you

Parking: It's a very big parking lot and there should be plenty of parking available even for those massive families 😉

Kid-friendliness: This place is incredibly kid friendly and even has a birthday party section full of cute booths

“We SO love the yumminess and value of taco Tuesday! The shrimp tacos are $2 and the steak and chicken tacos are $1! We haven't had the best experience with 2 of the waiters *a larger male, especially, huffs and acts as though we are disturbing his vacation*, but we LOVE Luis and are so happy he's back serving! ❤️
