I was completely let down by Wendy’s! I ordered a Cesar salad and it was inedible. At first I thought the chicken was croutons. That’s how dried out and gross it looked. It was hard as a rock. I tried to bring it back and and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone helping me. One guy even saw me and turned around and went in the back. Without knowing if I needed to order food or what. I finally saw someone else and said hey, I’ve been waiting here for 5 minutes. And he looked like he didn’t really care or want to help. I told him what was wrong and he said ok a Cesar salad and walked off. Then I decided it wasn’t worth it and left without my salad. Wendy’s need to train their people better!

Had to come back and write a review on this location. I have not had Wendy’s in over a decade and well, this location did not disappoint! The burger was perfectly cooked, fries were the perfect crisp, frosty was a great compliment…BUT the Coke? On par or better than McDonald’s carbonation. This location should be copied elsewhere

Crazy I order the bacon cheese fries and this is what I got this has to be the smallest I’ve ever seen I don’t recommend unless you really know how to deal with incompetent people there staff isn’t probably that smart or just special god bless them not only that this isn’t the first time almost 8/10 times they will mess up your order over 20 chicken sandwiches or hamburgers wasted because of the incompetence
Since it reopened this store has staff that have not been properly trained. Orders are frequently wrong so I stopped going

The staff is so rude. We had a mobile order went through the drive thru and was missing an item. We went in and they were rude then also. They need a customer service reboot like they had a building reboot. Not planning on going back.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes to order and waited another 10 minutes to get food Watched them drop two or three baskets of fries and we got cold limp fries. Nobody knows how to cook fries ,nobody wants limp fries .
