Wild Bill's BBQ and Grill

Came across Wild Bill's after a long hike at Rock Island with my husband. We decided to stop in and try it.The building is fairly large and features ample parking, as well as a kayak launch and picnic tables near the water if you choose to take your food to go.The staff here is phenomenal. (McMinnville's service people have shown a great pride for customer service in my experience)We only tried the pulled pork plate, the meat wasn't super flavorful and the sauces weren't exceptional, but they were tasty. The fries were seasoned well and crispy.We did see other customers ordering other menu items, which did look and smell great, so we would like to go and give them another try as well.If you're looking for a quick bite, with fast, friendly service and food that is good, this is your spot. I wouldn't say the food is exceptional, but the staff and atmosphere certainly were, in our experience. I would recommend for anyone to give them a try for yourself, we will be back to try some different menu items and to see the lovely staff within, as they really make the time and money spent worthwhile.

Wheelchair accessibility: My Mom uses a walker to get around and it is helpful that there's little ramps to get up on the sidewalk out in front of the restaurant. Needs improvement in bathrooms.

Very nice family run business. The food was just ok. My wife and I had the brisket plate. I would recommend trying something else. I had high expectations but they failed to deliver.

Awesome family run restaurant. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t disappointed. I had the 1/2 rack of smoked ribs and my husband had the smoked brisket, both were delicious. Atmosphere was casual with the first room set up for large groups and the second for smaller groups. Menu included many options and sides, food came out very quickly. We would definitely go back the next time we are in the area. We love supporting family businesses.

Great Food, loved the atmosphere and the music was perfect. So much peace here. You can feel it. The food is delicious and they have the absolute best service ever. Really enjoyed this dining experience.

Basic BBQ restaurant. Nice family run place that put quality and family friendliness first and foremost. Clean facilities. Whether you are there after a kayak trip on the river or driving by , they are worth a stop.

OMG… the BBQ potato was enough to feed a family. It was huge and super yummy! Ask to add onion straws (so good)! We were visiting for the weekend (Anniversary trip to the falls) and stopped on a whim. So glad we did. It’s family owned and super friendly!

Highly recommend. Great food and great service. Very nice staff. I couldn't add photos of the food, the photos were too large. The servings were huge, you definitely will not leave hungry.

Kid-friendliness: I have a picky eater and they fixed her food just the way she likes it.

A good spot for bbq if you can get some before they sell out. Ordered ribs which were real yummy. Came with sides, I chose baked beans and potato salad which were very good also. Would definitely come back.
