Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went inside and placed a to go order. Food was fantastic. However I’m writing this review not based on the food but the service I received after. I unfortunately lost some keys. In an attempt to retrace my steps I called and got a hold of Cameron. Cameron went out and looked in the dining room and parking lot for my keys. Unfortunately they were not found but I appreciate Cameron going out and seeing if they could find them for me! Thanks again Cameron!

Ordered through DoorDash and literally called to make sure we got honey mustard, the person who answered said they would make sure we got honey mustard and yet we did not. Ruined our night really we hadn’t eaten all day and were looking forward to dinner. Thanks for nothing.

We wanted to go to zaxbys for a long time but now we regret it the chicken quality was worse, no crunch, no seasoning and the only good thing was the chicken bit juicey, but the fries was soft, fluffy and had good seasoning and service was fast.

Zaby’s is usually a favorite go to place for lunch but this visit was quite disappointing. We almost always get the Big Zax Snack Pack and enjoy it but this time everything was cold and tasted old. Pretty sure none of it was fresh.

Always friendly service at the drive-thru window.

Been to this location several times always expecting to be better than the last time, always get let down. Do you order wings and wings expect them to have sauce? Don’t have that expectation here! EVERY time we have oreded wings there’s hardly any sauce. The chicken tenders on both plates tonight had MOUNDS of salt on them. Will advise not to eat here

This is the best location in my area! Every time I come here, I get perfectly cooked food and always friendly employees! Murfreesboro locations have gone down drastically in the last few years! They could take training here in McMinnville! Thanks for HOT fresh chicken and fries

Food was under cooked. The fries tasted like they sat in oil. They were out of everything. The cashier was rude. The tables and restrooms were atrocious.

Just to be clear, I'm giving it a 4/5 for atmosphere because I don't go inside.This is the best fast-food chicken I've had, and best french fries I've had anywhere. I'm seriously addicted to their fries. Try the loaded fries, they're amazing.The staff is quick and courteous, the menu has a decent variety, so long as you like chicken, and the food is excellent. Can't ask for much more!

I understand wanting to close at an appropriate time. But when a customer arrives before posted closing, even if only a few minutes, they should get service. I came for only a drink about 1-2 minutes before close ofln 4/29/2024 and was told at the drive-thru they were closed. I said all good and proceeded to park to leave this review.

My husband has a fish allergy, when we told staff the manager came to talk with us personally to assure us that our whole order would be cooked in seperate fryers from any fish. We then watched the manager alert several of the cooks to the situation and how she would like our order cooked. It was super reassuring, as my husband doesn't get to eat put often due to this allergy :) thank you, to both the staff and manager on shift on April 23rd at 2 pm. You guys rock

I love Zaxby's. I eat there often. But the shrimp dinner is a joke. You need to advertise it as an appetizer not a meal.
