Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The grandkids chose Zaxbys for lunch during our outing. They really enjoyed the food and they experimented on the variety of flavors of drinks.

It’s just so aggravating to go through the drive-through with my six-year-old grandson and order a loaded fries and request Zaxby’s sauce to go with it which they charge you for better believe they charge me for it every time and then I order eggrolls that come with the sauce I get home. I don’t have none of the sauces not the ones that come with the meal or the extra that I paid for and this happens more often than not so now I have eggrolls that I cannot eat Money wasted yet again and I have a six year-old grandson, throwing a fit because he doesn’t have his Zaxby’s sauce to go on top of his loaded fries, even though I purchased it

My family went to the Manchester store when they first opened, I felt they were a bit pricey and a let down. But when a friend wanted to try the McMinnville location for lunch one day I went with it. We had salads which I thought still a bit pricey, but seemed good, almost $20 a piece for a salad and a drink is a bit ridiculous. Compared to other restaurants the lettuce was fresh, along with the other ingredients. You could tell the toast was prepared ahead of time and added because it was tough and moist. But otherwise everything was good right down almost to the bottom of the tray. Things started tasting a bit old and off. Like the lettuce had been in the bottom a couple days longer. Then I got home an hour later. Things did not go well with the porcelain goddess! Holy moly, never again. I’d rather stick to store bought salads and eat in the car. I think I’ll save myself some money and gut health and skip Zaxbys from now on.

Went inside and placed a to go order. Food was fantastic. However I’m writing this review not based on the food but the service I received after. I unfortunately lost some keys. In an attempt to retrace my steps I called and got a hold of Cameron. Cameron went out and looked in the dining room and parking lot for my keys. Unfortunately they were not found but I appreciate Cameron going out and seeing if they could find them for me! Thanks again Cameron!

Ordered through DoorDash and literally called to make sure we got honey mustard, the person who answered said they would make sure we got honey mustard and yet we did not. Ruined our night really we hadn’t eaten all day and were looking forward to dinner. Thanks for nothing.

We wanted to go to zaxbys for a long time but now we regret it the chicken quality was worse, no crunch, no seasoning and the only good thing was the chicken bit juicey, but the fries was soft, fluffy and had good seasoning and service was fast.

Zaby’s is usually a favorite go to place for lunch but this visit was quite disappointing. We almost always get the Big Zax Snack Pack and enjoy it but this time everything was cold and tasted old. Pretty sure none of it was fresh.

Always friendly service at the drive-thru window.

Been to this location several times always expecting to be better than the last time, always get let down. Do you order wings and wings expect them to have sauce? Don’t have that expectation here! EVERY time we have oreded wings there’s hardly any sauce. The chicken tenders on both plates tonight had MOUNDS of salt on them. Will advise not to eat here
