Trying to order here for old people is kinda difficult. I managed to order a 10 piece nugget meal and did not get the dipping sauce I requested and when I ask I was told it would cost me 30 cents. ????? What?, also had to chase someone down to get my drink cup but finally did. The food was OK at best. Everything was made right eventually but I'll probably consider somewhere else next time.

This location amongst several others (we just frequent this one most often) CANNOT ever get our order correct. It doesn't matter if I order at the speaker or on the app. Food is rarely warm and fries are almost never fresh. Every time my husband orders something with bacon they always forget the bacon. If I order a bacon quarter pounder that means I want the bacon or I'd order the one without! 🤦🏼♀️

Just waited 35 minutes for food in a reserved parking space. Worked came out and asked for receipt halfway in, saying something about the system. Never received food after watching other people in drive thru receive theirs and was so frustrated after a long day that I didn't even try to get a refund, just drove away and went somewhere else. Worst experience at McDonald's in Medina.

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru for my food to be wrong. Ordered a McCrispy with cheese but nothing but chicken on bread.. No lettuce , tomatoes, no mayo.. Kids meal was supposed to have ketchup and of course they messed that up as well, I go in and the kid working that station picks up a piece of cheese with his bare hands to put on my sandwich. I tell the chunky girl what he did and nothing.. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING PEOPES FOOD IS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO
