I order a plain burger with only mayo on it. Had to have it remade 3 times. After the 3 rd time I was asked do u want onion on it. WTH this place used to be the best around now it’s totally a damn mess people walking around with attitude sitting down taking orders for drive thru they need to get it together and pay attention to the orders.

There was a bite or big pinch taken out of my hash brown and it was thick. That was the item I was looking forward to the most. Did not satisfy at all. Wasted almost $9 bucks on breakfast burrito meal. Not too friendly in the mornings either. That’s why it’s best to make your own food at home. I’m taking my own advice.

Food tasted like it had been sitting there all day.. the chicken was so dry and hard.. the smell of weed coming from some workers was RIDICULOUS…

Everytime I stop here I am disappointed. The food does not measure up to McDonald’s standards. Humboldt McDonald’s is 10x better and the same family owns both! I stopped at the Medina location last night and ordered a Happy Meal with a glass of water! When I got home I noticed a .30 up charge for sweet tea!!!! I got a glass of water. And the Happy Meal was supposed to have Pokémon cards and it had some random poster in there. My son was so disappointed! Will NOT being patronizing this location ever again!

Change your hours if you don’t want to stay open until 11! Tried to get food at 10:30 and I guess the employees on duty locked it up and hide out in the back until 11. Sad bunch of employees at this location.

You have enployees that does not seem to care. I have had a bad experience everytime I have been there. The food you order is always wrong or the food is not good anymore. I hate getting cold food. The food does not seem freshly cooked like it use too. The employees seem frusturated with you when you bring it to thier attention. There is not alot of food places in Medina TN to choose from. So , that is one of the places to go too. But, now , I do not like going there anymore. I hope it will get better.
