I had issues with this location before but today I'm not keeping my mouth shut. I tried redeeming my points. There was an issue. It took 4500 points but didn't take the cost off my total. I asked the manager how to get it the points but back on. She argued with me saying that it didn't matter they were just points for redeeming. Yea I know. That's the point. They are supposed to be used to get items free..... If they were taken off and it didn't take off the price then something was wrong. She then walked away and proceeded to call me a NUTJOB. Really??????? WOW. Ok Id rather be a NUTJOB then completely incompetent..... This location has a hard time making the food fast, and making it correctly, as well as having staff that is either to focused on their cell phone or just ignorant, disrespectful, and incompetent. Spend your money elsewhere. Go to Milan McDonald's or One of the Jackson locations. Even Humboldt. But stay away from the Medina store. BTW the manager's name is Tonya.

The only reason I give them three stars is they are quick on service. But my problem is I told them no onions on my husband's sandwich because he's allergic and they still put them on there.

Milan McDonald's is usually on point. Im not saying you should eat McDonald's but if you are going to. At least here is clean, fast, fresh, and friendly.
Memphis, Tn McDonald's were ok. Rural McDonald's were sometimes ok except for Medina, Tn. Medina, Tn were prejudice meaning the Black customers had to order from the machines while the white customers ordered from the counter. Full of foreigner workers, Hispanics. We won't be going back. Money is green everywhere but color matters more in Medina, Tn.Parking: No

Humboldt McDonald's is a rarity. The management is always friendly and accommodating. A testament to small towns and why we're great. Of course, they'll make a mistake here or there but any issues are always resolved beyond expectation.

They have always been good in that aspect and I think it's helped make them the burger power they are. Long live McDonald's. And all the competitors, the reason you haven't followed their business model which is proven over and over I'll never understand.
