We have ordered from there about 7-8 times in the past three years. There is something always off or wrong. Once the delivery guy said, “Oh, hold on, I left your breadsticks.” I turned around to put the pizzas down, thinking he left it in the car, but no, he left it at the store. We keep deciding to give them another chance, but no more. The last three times they have brought the wrong things and then the owner got on the phone and said that’s the way they make it. I said it didn’t use to be that way when I ordered it and he again stated they’ve made them that way always. The difference is obvious but I guess I’m in the wrong. I mean I could show pictures but I’m done. The guy, owner, manger or whatever he is just tried to make it seem like I’m an idiot and obviously doesn’t care. This was the last time I’ll ever order from there.

I’ve enjoyed pizza from all of the The five boroughs in New York, so I know what good pizza is supposed to taste like. That said, this place, Mom & Pops, I would rate in the top five of the best pizza places in New York. It’s just that damn good!!

The pizza I ate and the spaghetti & salad my wife ate was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only slight is there was only one table with chairs in the dine-in area. This business does more take-out than dine-in. Regardless, we still intend to eat there again.Vegetarian options: The spaghetti and salad were delicious.

First time and unfortunately we may not be back. We ordered one medium and one large pizza. We got a text saying our order would be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived at our time it was then that we received a text saying 20 more minutes. Once there they said they were short staffed though there were 7 people working but there was no flow at all. They were just yelling and arguing about orders. We were also told they were just going to put the pizzas on the counter and for us to find our own. We ended up being inside waiting for our order for over an hour. The pizza was good though so that was a plus but it wasn’t good enough to wait all night.
