I hate to do this but due to the experience I had today I had to. Friday I ordered online and I ordered a bacon queso fry add jalapeños. When I got to the school I realized they gave me fries with tomatoes and onions. I called immediately and talked to a lady and was asked to give my name and I can come back anytime and get it. I went today and was told by the RUDE manager Maria Veito that my name wasn’t on there so she couldn’t give me anything. I explained I had receipt’s and the phone call on my phone to show that it was true! She told me she was the manager that day and never spoke to me… either she has a terrible memory along with her attitude problem or I spoke to someone else. Very disappointed! We come here all the time but if this is how the managers treat the Customers now I’m done coming to this location which is terrible because there has been lots of good managers at this location!!! I order here frequently and get the same exact drink each time. Always order and pay for extra cherry fruit in my cherry limeade. 90% of the time they do not make the drink as ordered. This last time no cherries at all. Food is always hot and fresh. Drinks not so much.
Ordered 5 piece tenders and they can only count to 4.
