Extremely rude employees. I came in to pick up an online order (no one greeted me when I walked in) and when I turned to leave after picking up my sandwich from the rack, the lady behind the counter said “Enjoy your sandwich, lady” in a condescending tone. Keep in mind, she did this while ringing up other customers. I wasn’t even being rude. I just didn’t say anything when picking up my order, which I have done countless times before with no issue. Another time I came in to do the same thing and all 7 employees were congregated around the counter talking (one was sitting on the counter) and they looked at me like I was intruding when I walked in. It was 5 PM on a weekday. I am so sick of this location’s horrible service, please hire more professional staff.

Called in order upon arrival 30 minutes later informed they had given my order to someone else.Made me wait until everyone was waited on and then asked me to tell them what I had and proceeded to attempt to serve me.Went to work with no lunch for the night. appreciate that subway......

I give them credit. I came in with coupons and the lady charged me wrong. Not only did they refund me my entire order back they gave me my food free. I never eat at subway but for them to do that and I didn't expect that the evening shift deserves a 10 star rating. They are a great staff team.

Store shows it supposed to be open till 10:00pm and it is closed at 9:40pm with no one in sight. If they are closing early they need to change their hours. Door shows 10:00pm and so does the website.

Customer service is great, oven needs to be cleaned because the food comes our tasting like it’s burned. Also, they need cheese for the pizzas. There is barely any cheese that comes on them. This is the first subway I have been to that doesn’t have cheese for the pizzas. I also wonder who the owners or managers are and if they are ever present.

Disappointed to see the doors closed/locked at 8:30 pm but the front door sign and the on-line signs say open til 10 pm Monday through Friday. Several employees were behind the counter staring at me....Please get your closing times straight...trying to feed the family something healthy. JJ
I want to like this place because it is convenient, but 3x in a row my to-go order sandwich has been made wrong.

I got a Philly sandwich it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. The meat was like chewing rawhide and was terrible. These people need to shut down. I threw the whole sandwich in the garbage complete waste of my money
