I got the Pulled Pork Sandwich with cole slaw as a side. The sandwich was able to be tender, juicy, and very flavorful all together without compromise. The amount of meat was much more than I expected based on price. Get used to fast food costing so much and get more bread than meat sometimes. Cole slaw was good, first time to have peppered slaw. I was served promptly and got to speak with the staff while waiting. They made me feel welcome. I will be returning soon.

We make the drive from Bolivar to Middleton for the park and will definitely be returning to Dougy Fresh BBQ. The family 6 pack was very reasonably priced and the gentleman working was super friendly and nice. :)

Dougy Fresh BBQ gives you a bang for your buck. The food was delicious, and the food servings were very generous, and the pricing was awesome for the amount of food given. My husband ordered the BBQ Bologna plate, and I ordered the Pulled Pork Plate. My husband had already consumed a portion of his meal before I took photos. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because outdoor seating is the only dining option, and it was too hot to dine outside.

I went there about 15 minutes before they close hoping by some chance they had meat left but pretty well knowing they wouldn't. He had already shut down the grill and locked the building up. Instead of just saying no we're closed ( which would have been completely fine, it was closing time) he gave me a big plate of the best brisket I've ever had, then offered to open the store back up to get sauce to go with it! Extremely good food and way beyond good service.
