I go through the drive through when I’m in Milan and there is an African- American lady that is usually there in the mornings. Don’t know her name but she is the sweetest, friendliest lady around. I do like their food but she is the main reason I go. She starts my day on a happy note !!!

Hard to get better than the Whopper and Whopper Junior, Fries are better now.
They never have everything that is on the menu.. 1 day no ice. 1 day no burgers. 1 day wrong Bun on a chicken sandwich... Just don't understand. People are pretty nice/ cool . But the company needs to get it together..

I ordered my food ahead on app last 2 visits and order has been correct. Last order they were out of cookies which my daughter wanted and substituted it with a pie of her choice.

Today I went in for breakfast and ordered french toast sticks with hashbrown bites on the side. Yet when I got my order they had put a chicken an biscuit on the tray instead. The staff literally ignored me when I brought my order to the counter to be corrected. So I decided fine whatever. As I was halfway through eating the chicken an biscuit I tasted raw/undercooked chicken. Like honestly the ticket tells you what is on the order and it's not that hard to read it. This place needs better workers who can get the orders right or staff members who will correct the order accordingly. The message that should be preached to this establishment is to do better.
