When I went there the other day (May 24, 2022) it says it was open at Google but I went there and they were closed. Are they permanently closed? When I looked over the window, it looks like a mess inside so I was wondering whether they're permanently closed.

The people are super nice and the shop is adorable! However, the coffee has always been sort of weak and lacking in flavor. I’m a huge coffee drinker, so it was kind of disappointing to not even get a coffee flavor.

This place has always been my favorite ? but the new management and new ingredients have made this place indescribable, it’s fun and a great place just to hang out! I got chocolate milk tea with chocolate boba, I was expecting the regular “meh” flavor but NO this was amazing!! The boba is so much better, no more bitter drinks and the customer service is AWESOME!! 5 stars, 10/10

Great Customer service, drinks, food and pastries! Everybody is super friendly and make there drinks fresh to order. They even give samples for you to try in shot glass and tell you to shoot it back like a shot which makes it funny and fun. Didn't know there were new owner because the place looks amazing inside and filled with arcade machines to play while you wait! I got the Caramel Frappuccino ? and it is to return for. Especially the smoked pecan pie that they have is so buttery and creamy it'll have you dreaming for more. Will be returning!

This Coffee and Tea shop has the best varieties of Pastries, Tasty Bundt Cakes, and the best hands down smoked pecan pie that's buttery, creamy and melts in your mouth. They also have all different teas, bubble tea and coffee to your liking that will blow your taste buds away. The new owners go out of there way to make sure there customers get the best customer service and food service! I recommend this place over any other Coffee Shop and tea shop in Tennessee. Come Check this place out and they also have arcade machines.

Wonderful New Owners, Can't believe how far they're willingness is to go above and beyond just to make the best drinks possible and they do make the best Coffee drinks around! There shop is made for families, teenagers and a small kids area. They have so many options and selections for coffee and teas ?! I am now a Forever customer and did I mention there ARCADE MACHINE GAMES! Come Check these folks out and you will not regret it.

What I witnessed at this shop today was probably one of the worst examples of management/ownership I have ever seen.I watched as the owner and an employee had a conversation which escalated into screaming from the owner and the cops being called. (Please note that the employee was not the aggressor in this situation and was just attempting to explain something. The owner was the one who started getting angry.)This was all done right in front of the customer which, btw, the employee pointed out and the owner ignored. The owner said things which should have never been said to the employee and certainly not in front of a customer.Beyond this horrific show,, the "latte" was made using a Keurig which I find odd considering this is a coffee shop. The coffee itself was weak and the whole drink mostly tasted like chocolate water.Needless to say, I do not recommend this place nor do I feel it is a safe environment for employees.

Great service and a very friendly environment and definitely a family friendly place ☺️ take your kids they have arcade games and a basketball game for the little ones great place to visit

The owners were really cool, but my experience ordering was not too great. It was kind of frustrating saying my order over and over when it was written down. I got a boba soda and it mostly cream and no soda. Personally, I would want more soda because then it’s not boba soda if not. Also, my order was wrong. I think that it would also be helpful to have a white Board saying what boba is available that day because I know it changes frequently.
