took 15 minutes getvcup coffee ask for water still haven.t got one . waited over 30 minutes for food still hasn't t come in but others who came in after had theirs . am done with Milan huddle.house.

It is ridiculous that they have to keep "closing the dining room" because the servers don't bus the tables or wash dishes and allow every table to get dirty. It's happened to me twice now, that I have been greeted by a locked door. It's 7 pm on a Sunday night. It's not even crowded. Get it together.

I DID NOT RECEIVE OVER HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED, received something that I did not order, and received not a single drink. This is beyond disappointing and unacceptable. The worst customer service. We will never be back. This is the second time I’ve tried placing a Togo order and they always have an excuse not to take my order. They definitely need new management.

Got there at 9:30 this morning and waited over an hour and 30 mins just to get my food when a couple arrived at the same time I did ordered and received their meals and ate before I even got my food. While waiting several others came in ordered and received their food before I did. I was told that they were short staffed but that’s no excuse for how the service was. I changed my ordered to to go and paid $30 including a tip. I will not be coming back to this place. They had nothing prepped and felt like they were growing the food with how slow they were. I wanna support local businesses but I’m not supporting this establishment again. It was not the wait.
The food was absolutely wonderful tonight and came out super fast the servers were all friendly and on top of their game just all around amazing definitely will be back
