Not good enough for the price anymore went downhill when they bought the new building and started price gouging went today after not going in about a year the chicken was dry the tenders were worse it came with one sauce for 4 tenders if you want more you have to pay 40 cents. The potatoes tasted like instant and they sucked

The food was absolutely terrible ? today. The livers and gizzards were ABSOLUTELY too SALTY. OMG ?. Two weeks ago the food was great ?, the same dinner. So I drove back from Jackson, but I was so disappointed ☹️

Excellent chicken in all varieties, like what the Col. Used to be. Great sides, excellent service, could not be better! Okay a buffet would be better, otherwise best chicken in town. In last year Service has DECLINED sharpley. On-line order useless.Phone number to call when arrived STAYS BUSY. Order placed 1.75 hrs. in advance and customer had to wait 12 min in Pick Up Parking. Drive thru would have been faster while observed WAITING for order. I suspect App yields same results. Suspect dine-in wait is excessive as well. The Col. NEVER treated customers this way!

My wife and I both love the food here but even though Lees runs 2 drive through lines the wait can be very long. Yesterday we were in line for close to 20 minutes before we even got to order.
What a terrific restaurant Lee’s in Milan. In 1975 we stopped at Lee’s in Milan on the day we moved from Memphis to Greenfield. My dad fresh out of dental school ( daddy had been a Master Plumber in Memphis ). I was 8 yrs.old and remember this visit very well. Food was and still is Absolutely Fantastic. To this day it is a treat for me every time I pass Lee’s to get takeout.... Hats off to the entire staff for always making us feel at home and serving the finest fried chicken and sides north of the Mississippi line...

Want to go there all the time, actually happy it's not in my town for that reason. It's like eating a home cooked meal. Great flavor. Great food. My husband almost always gets the liver dinner, sometimes the wings. My daughter and I always get the chicken strips and mashed potatoes. This isn't the best looking place but the food sure is. Friendly staff, even brought the livers to the table for us because they take longer to cook.

This restaurant is one of the best in our area for chicken. The only complaint I have is the the crispy chicken breasts are so big, they are just not good anymore and the thighs are not as done as they need to be but they still have the best chicken around.

Good Fried Chicken in Milan TN. Big crowd. Well deserved reputation. Not the “best” fried chicken I’ve had but very good. Coleslaw leans to sweet side versus mustard alternative. Also good.
