My wife and I both love the food here but even though Lees runs 2 drive through lines the wait can be very long. Yesterday we were in line for close to 20 minutes before we even got to order.
What a terrific restaurant Lee’s in Milan. In 1975 we stopped at Lee’s in Milan on the day we moved from Memphis to Greenfield. My dad fresh out of dental school ( daddy had been a Master Plumber in Memphis ). I was 8 yrs.old and remember this visit very well. Food was and still is Absolutely Fantastic. To this day it is a treat for me every time I pass Lee’s to get takeout....\nHats off to the entire staff for always making us feel at home and serving the finest fried chicken...
Want to go there all the time, actually happy it's not in my town for that reason. It's like eating a home cooked meal. Great flavor. Great food. My husband almost always gets the liver dinner, sometimes the wings. My daughter and I always get the chicken strips and mashed potatoes. This isn't the best looking place but the food sure is. Friendly staff, even brought the livers to the table for us because they take longer to cook.
