The staff here are wonderful!! Especially ms Savannah!! Big props to her for her awesome service!! I go to this place a lot!! And she's always wonderful!! She deserves a raise!! She got the restaurant 5 stars from me!!

Would give zero stars if I could. $45 spent on a whole lot of disappointment. After placing my order, I called and personally requested extra butter on the crazy bread because they're always dry .... Yet they were still dry as a bone. Pizzas barely had cheese or toppings on them. The puffs we ordered had zero pizza sauce on them so only bread, cheese & pepperoni ... Extremely dry. Orders we've made have steadily gotten worse over the past months and today was the breaking point. It's really a shame they send such pitiful food out the door like this. Will never spend another dime at this location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would !!! Very rude man on the phone telling me he can basically do nothing to fix our food that they messed up ☹️ DO NOT, DO NOT give these people your money. You’ll just have messed up food and lose money. I would rather starve than to ever get food at little ceasers in Milan again. Milan little ceasers makes the whole company look bad.

I was told that the coupon for the free cheesy bread they did not accept anymore. I ordered my pizza online and that's whenever I added it to my order, it accepted it and I ended up getting my free cheesy bread.This customer service was the younger kids behind the counter, and they did not have a very friendly demeanor towards him.I doubt I will return
Stopped by to get a hot n ready pizza around 5 p.m. today. A cashier with dreads offered me a dipping sauce (I think). I dont think I've ever been offered one at a Little Caesars! Anyway, I went outside to prep for our 2 hour ride back home. Just before I pull out of the lot the same cashier comes to my car with cookies, saying she noticed I had a kid in the car. Umm...wow! That was so thoughtful, unexpected and way above and beyond. Thank you, ma'am! I hate that I didn't get her name or thank her appropriately. She was maybe 5'1 with locs and glasses and a very friendly smile. Thank you so much!

Been coming to this place for a long time now and never had any problems with getting the garlic butter for my pizza and for my wings and have never been charged for it so I come in today and they wanted to charge me for the cups that are supposed to come with the pizza and wings so I told them that I would would not be back and they just laughed so I don’t recommend them to anybody update the wings that was ordered was supposed to have been plain and they were the spicy ones they don’t even listen to anyone’s order
