So i went to little Caesars a couple days ago and Jordan was the cashier/cook he did everything great and was so generous with his kindness and made us feel very valued. he really went out of his way to make us feel like valued customers everything he did for me and my son and when left we where very appreciated by Jordan's work.

We always ask for extra sauce and have freshly made pizzas. My husband loves the supreme and I enjoy that or pepperoni or a combination of ham with pepperoni and mushrooms or black olives. The staff is very helpful and we are longtime customers! Also, they have great specials compared with most other pizzerias in Jackson. Orders are usually ready in 20 minutes!

Placed an online order for a "Perfect Match" combo with Bacon/Beef as the toppings. Upon arrival at the store 20 minutes later the was a piping hot pizza stored inside the pizza portal. The pie itself was well cooked and appropriately portioned with melty cheese, peppery sausage, and seasoned beef.

Little Caesars in Milan, TN Take out | Other Called tonight at 8:40pm because my husband was trying to call to place an order. Hasn’t tried them out in YEARS might I add. They picked up once I called and explained to them my husband had been trying to call them to place an order and had arrived and was waiting in the parking lot. He had been working all day and didn’t feel like getting out until he had to. He said they picked up the phone and put him on hold while they stood around laughing and cutting up… As I am on the phone with them and asked for the manager I hear the lady explaining to her what I had said they said f*** him and her f*** her and their order. The manger continued to argue with me that they hadn’t received any calls until I called and my husband tried calling a couple of times. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t go here unless you want to be spoken to like a dog. I hope their day is as pleasant and they deserve

Paid for 3 sauces and three dips to go with my pizza, chicken wings and bread. Didn’t receive it. Was told to come back and pick it up to eat with now cold food ok. Drive 6 miles again. Seriously

Ordered Deep Dish Supreme and paid online. Got an email saying it was ready, I was sitting out front waiting for the email. Went inside & they couldn’t find my order for several minutes. Finally got it and returned home. Pizza was pepperoni, not Supreme that I had paid for. Called the store & spoke to a manager, who then said she had no record of my order.(I gave her my Confirmation #) I asked for a credit for the difference in Pepperoni & Supreme. She said I’d have to return the pizza for credit. I wasn’t willing to drive back there. I won’t go back. There were no other customers in the store, now I know why.

I sat there for 20-25 minutes waiting for my food and a couple of people who got there a couple minutes after I did got their food before me, and their food had to be cooked like mine did. The manager on duty saw me sitting there and asked loudly to one of them why I was still there and hadn't gotten my food yet, and it had been sitting on a table or something that the person was able to grab it from. I should have gotten free food or something from that but hopefully the service gets better.
