Went there on a Saturday night, about 8:30. Service with quick to get us to our table and take our drinks. The food came out quick and was absolutely horrible. I ordered two chicken enchiladas with enchilada sauce. It came out with two uncooked corn tortillas with very dry chicken and nothing else but an overcooked mole sauce. It took a whole beer to choke down one bite. My son said his rice and beans were better at his school lunch cafeteria. That's bad. Staff was great, no complaints there.

So to preface this, I've been to this location a few times in the past. I've always had pretty good experiences, but nothing noteworthy. In the past I did order the Pollo Adobe which I thought was phenomenal, so today I went back and got it again. For whatever reason, everything was spicy today. My wife and kids can't handle spice, and so they ordered things that shouldn't have been spicy, and yet their food was still really spicy, making it so they couldn't eat the food fully. My Pollo Adobe shouldn't have been spicy either, but it was. That was fine with me though, because I like spicy food. The rice was a bit dry, and the chicken was overcooked, though.
So why 5 stars? We had a waitress today, I'm so upset that I didn't catch her name, but she came by our table probably ten different times when the average waitress will come by maybe three or four times, including the check. She interacted with the kids, was very careful with our food, quick on the multiple refills, quick with the check and the to-go boxes, but most importantly at the end of the meal she offered suckers for the kids. I didn't think anything of it, places give kids suckers all the time, so at most I thought it was just a nice gesture. She did really well, so I gave her a 30% tip, but when we got out to the car my wife informed me that the waitress bought the suckers out of her own pocket. That's amazing for someone to do, and well above what was expected. If I had known that, I would've tipped closer to 50%, so I'm a bit sad that I didn't catch her name or tip more.
If you're reading this, just know my kids loved the suckers. Thank you so much!

Food has spice! Staff seem sweet. Place was clean!
Increíble lugar, y los platillos son increíbles
Best Mexican food I have ever eaten.
I usually love the restraunt, but they got my order wrong and then ask if I want to eat it. I said no I wanted chicken. So they took my plate while my other part ate. Then the food was cold and tasteless!
If you're looking for authentic Mexican food.. skip this place. Food was okay, definitely not like other places out West. Generally bland flavor wise, food came out luke-warm, borderline cold. Service was rushed and not at all friendly. Overall will not be back.
My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week. Food is usually good, service is another story. Sometimes we get excellent service, Sometimes good service and well today ... shitty. Waited and waited for napkins, silverware, a spoon, cheese dip .. yes it was Sunday and I know they're busy but there is no reason to neglect you customers. Like they say if you don't treat your customers right then someone else will.
