I’ve given this place a few chances but it’s always something. This is the only place that will deliver to my address is the reason I still go here. But recently I’ve been ordering carry out. The food is always good. The store is always clean. But the service is never up to par. The pick up times are never accurate. Order a pizza. Quoted 10-13 minutes. Came after 15 mins to pickup for a plain large cheese pizza. Come inside just to find out they haven’t even started on the pizza. Like I said the food is always good but it’s always a wait and it’s the same excuse “I’m sorry we were busy”. Just to see the screen with nothing on it.

Papa John’s Milan, TN. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 9:00pm. They said it would be delivered in approx. 30minutes. After 55 minutes, I called to check on the status. A 3rd party advised the order was voided at 9:48pm. The 3rd party said they would connect my call directly to the Milan, Tn restaurant but of course they wouldn’t answer until after they closed at 10:00pm. Was never able to speak with anyone at Milan, Tn Papa John’s in regards to why they voided my order without notifying me. Will definitely be getting my pizza delivery from another restaurant in the future.

When I travel back home to Churubusco I have to stop at Papas and eat there. Papas has awesome food, a great staff and the prices are always very reasonable.Kid-friendliness: My grandkids love the pizza

I've been a vehement opposer of Papa John's for 2 decades. 2 hours proved me wrong. Extremely friendly staff were able to accommodate my specific desires without an issue. Food was ok I guess

THIS SHOULD BE 0 STARS!I called twice an 1-1/2 between each call. NO ANSWER. I literally let it ring for 4 minutes straight. The 2nd time they wouldn't answer drove their location. Only 1 person ahead of me and no employee on the phone either. I told the guy at the counter I wanted to place an order & that I had called twice before and let it continually ring. I got no response, from him not "oh sorry "or "we're having phone trouble" or "we were swamped and just couldn't answer" NOTHING! They told me it would be ready in 40 min, I waited out front in my car for 45. I go in to get my pizza and they tell me they can't find my order, the guy who took my order said yes I took her order, woman says " well I know I didn't make that pizza" then said "I could place another order but I couldn't tell you when or if it would be ready."! WTF? Horrible customer service! I wasn't even offered a coupon.

They said they just started on my order and they're waiting for it. I call the store and they just let the phone ring. It's 8:20. Still waiting on the food and I ordered it close to 7. Ordered pizza specials and they were zesty and cooked perfect. For a brick n mortar pizza franchise you really can’t pass on the deals and variety of the menu. I have had bad experiences in the past with the franchise but this location did very well. Timely manner for delivery and was as hot as it would have been served dining in. Delivery was prompt and the Driver was polite and courteous.

Ordered the Alfredo pasta bowl and it would have been great if it didn’t have about 3 cups of grease in it…. I couldn’t take but a few bites and then started to feel sick, I even tried to drain it, but it was so mixed into everything all the other stuff was trying to fall out as well
