The service and atmosphere were good, however, they were out of crepes and, when I tried to order an alternative meal they were out of that too! The meal I eventually got was good, though.

I got the strawberry pancakes and they only gave me 4 strawberries and spoonful of strawberry juice talking about he manager has it portioned out and that is it. They said I can get extra for 75 cents.

30 minutes to be seated with only 4 other couples in restaurant put in drink orders 20 minutes to get our drinks waitress shila was gone for 30 minutes before she ever came back to take our orders and the sad thing is Perkins has great food this is our third experience with this waitress at the Milan TN store I just don't think we'll ever go back food was great service is consistently bad so if I could have given a lower eating I would have Perkins you have lost our buisness forever and I'm spread the warning about the company everyday to anyone who will listen

We went there to eat and it wasn't busy at all our drinks never got filled and waited an HR on food. The table behind us was there before us and still hadn't got there food. We just Paid for our drinks which was $17 and left.. It was aweful. Will not be back there.

There were not many people eating out at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery last night, (Wednesday) but it was amazing! Covid-19 has kept us from eating out for over a year now. But we needed this. The food was presented well, and tasted top notch! I believe we have a new favorite place! Perkins!!

Failed to greet customers, in fact totally IGNORED customer. 2 (TWO) waitresses were too busy with the only ,2 (TWO) occupied tables to acknowledge customer standing at counter on Christmas Eve. Great impression for my first take out order visit. There certainly won't be another visit from me. Good luck with your disrespectful customer service business plan.
