We use to love going to this Sonic frequently, but for the past several months, there are always problems. If you go too late, the food is old and disgusting where they make it ahead of time. Half the time the order is wrong. And, tonight, I ordered a combo, but was charged individually for each item making it $10.28 for a 3 piece chicken tender. When I told them about the discrepancy, they said I could either keep the food at that price, or give the food back, and get a complete refund, but they couldn’t partially refund me the difference even though it was their mistake.
Update: I got a receipt for a refund of $10.28 but not for the tip.

Food is usually pretty good. But I wanted to leave a review today to complain about the customer service here. I have come here a few times and had the same issue. When certain carhops approach my vehicle, I am not greeted. There is no smile. There is no thank you. I know Sonic is not a dream job to have, but please express to your employees how important it is to have good customer service skills. It just kills me how rude and snobby some people can be at their jobs. And it would be different if I gave them a reason to act that way towards me. But I order on the app, and I have no contact with these people prior to them bringing out my order. Some of them are just straight up snobby. Maybe I’m so biased because I too once was a carhop at Sonic. But I feel like presentation and customer service are important for a company to be liked.

Order was wrong and this happens often. Had to ring back in to finish my order because he assumed I was done and titled it out. Asked for one burger no ketchup add mustard only and it had ketchup on it my other burger I paid to gave garlic butter put on and there was none. My rainbow slush was all blue and so strong I couldn’t even drink it cause it was horrid and it wasn’t even a slush it was completely melted. There is always a issue at this sonic so you should check you food before you leave with it. Also if you try to call them about your food they won’t answer the phone 9 times out of 10. I wish there was another sonic closer because I would for sure go there. They wanna play around too much at this one for sure and are rude.
Ordered jumbo chicken bites that were small pieces of breading fried. No chicken in them at all. So hard had to throw away. Horrible choice I made for dinner tonight after a long day

Whoever the person that is taking orders is so loud it’s like she is screaming on the microphone you can’t understand a word she is saying. Then the person that delivered our food was so rude also. Usually the service is good not sure what the deal was tonight.

Great place for a quick burger. Multiple drink choices and frozen goodies. Price is right, and you're not rushed while looking at the menu.
