My wife, my brother, and i were parked in the back, and sat at the table in the back, the employee brought our order and went inside. After my wife had started eating, the employee returned and told us to move to a table in the front, stating that the table in the back was for employees to take a break. Why embarass, and inconvenience customers like this? If its a table for employees only, put a sign up! I wont ever go to milan sonic again after this.

Hit the call button and nobody ever answered, so my wife got out of the car and hit the button on the spot next to our and nobody ever answered it either but there was two girls outside with headsets on just looking at us, so we said forget it and left they obviously didn’t want to do their job

1st off didn't let us finish our order, next asked for plain fish. I allergic to tarter sauce. I won't be back. My husband tried to order and they turned off intercom. Plus wanted nuggets

You gotta be kidding me with these overdone chicken strips dark brown and so dry!! I ordered tots with cheese and diced onions and only got a regular order no extras that I paid for. The kitchen doesn't seem to care at all about the food they put out. I will not be ordering your food again. Your grease was old too

Apparently it’s company policy that if they completely mess up your drink on a mobile order (like so gross you can’t drink it) they aren’t allowed to replace your drink, you have to just pay for another one. Can someone make this make sense for me? Really crappy service here.

I was cut off twice at the speaker! They said they couldn't take any orders at the time but I had my order already I just needed some ketchup and a new bag bc they gave me my food in a bag completely ripped! She completely cut me off and hung up the speaker 2x
