Food is usually pretty good. But I wanted to leave a review today to complain about the customer service here. I have come here a few times and had the same issue. When certain carhops approach my vehicle, I am not greeted. There is no smile. There is no thank you. I know Sonic is not a dream job to have, but please express to your employees how important it is to have good customer service skills. Placed my order thru the app to get the discounts and picked up the food twenty minutes later. Carhop was a very nice young lady and took time to make sure my order was accurate. Very pleasant place.
