Yeah, this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but don't even go here anymore. Just go to the Walmart one. Last time I came, we had to bring the sub back twice for a mobile order because they made it wrong twice. Watch them do it if you have an allergy because they will just take the stuff off and give it back.
This time, we came in ten minutes before close, lights were on, door unlocked. The girl at the station went to take our order, but the same guy from last time saw me from the back and decided they were closed. So he kicked us out, went and turned off the lights, and locked the door.

It’s hard to be the worst restaurant in Milan. I mean you got Maria’s with their failing Health inspection Higs,which is just disgusting, and huddle house, but somehow Subway takes the title. An hour and a half before closing and the one employee is in the back doing dishes. Never even acknowledged that a customer was in the building. After 5 minutes I walked out, Can’t even really blame the employee he may not have heard the door thing but damn how you expect one person to work the front of the house the back of the house and the drive-through. Its a leadership failure and Looking at other reviews here seems like it’s been an ongoing issue

The speaker to the drive through has been broken for months now. 4 people behind the counter all ignoring the drive through even though a sign says honk to let them know you're there. All 4 people more worried about gossiping and talking to another group of people than making food. Food cold when finally given to me. I don't go often but this has become the norm for this establishent.

I’ve been eating here for almost a year with no issues. Easily tipped over 100$ total. Just for the manager, Alexis, to be rude, dismissive, and snappy with me. Even asking nicely why she’s upset with me, I was cut off told repeatedly to have a nice day. District manager, your store lost its one regular in the mornings.

I've always had a great time when I come in. Mr.Malaki is such a nice young man and always has a smile on his face. He always greets us with a smile and has an amazing attitude. He makes the whole subway experience worth it

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and a pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni pizza is cold and no extra cheese on pizza. They put 2 pizzas in at the same time which always makes them come out cold! When I called to get it fixed I was told they are closed and they closed early for a “Christmas party” my son is autistic and has to have his pizza a certain way or he won’t eat it. I have had so many issues here.
By far, the worst Subway I've been to; and I've eaten at Subways from California to New York. Our order wasn't made correctly. There was no meat on either sub even though double meat was ordered.

I was very disappointed when I came in yesterday. I was greeted, and they took my order. There is a woman there who is a bigger lady, African American, (I don’t care about your ethnicity. Just trying to be specific) she was unbelievably rude. She did not care at all. She THREW the ingredients on. Didn’t care about quantity or quality. I would not recommend this subway.

We love Subway. They have gotten very expensive so we don't eat them as often as we used to. Young man who waited on us was very attentive, polite and did a Fabalous job of making our subs.
