Stopped into Taco Bell in Milan on my lunch break for two chicken flatbreads. There was nobody in the drive-through so I figured great, I’ll get my food and I’ll be out of there in a few minutes. I should’ve known when I got up to the window paid, and she already had the bag almost ready that something was wrong. Second bad experience and food incorrect, both times!
We had a very very bad experience! I hate to be the first to be the people who say this. We ordered inside and waited 15 minutes. We went to the counter and asked they told us the order didn’t go threw.then they said your order is ready and half of the food isn’t in the bag. Then they say they didn’t have the order again. Finally we got our food and it was cold.
