Today we were reminded on why we stopped going to Taco Bell. The food was all wrong and didn't get what we paid for. I'm not sure why but ever since they moved into the new building service is trash. Will not be returning after spending $40, waiting 20 mins to get food and it being wrong.

I will start off saying I’m utterly Disgusted with the African American Man who made my whole entire order plus made my ticket a 100$ also utterly with African American woman who supposed to refund my money trick only did partial. I left without no food so why i didn’t get my entire refund . When I walked in they was so loud behind the counter talking out of term while at work I should’ve known right then to take my African American tail right on out that door . Not to mention the only person tried helping was Caucasian in they talk to her bad . I called about my refund tell me why the African American fruit cake that was really rude to me the first time keeps hanging up on me I just want the rest of my money

The guy that took our order was super nice. We were going to eat it there however all the bigger tables were taken by employees 1 at each table. Very disrespectful sit at the smaller tables for families that would like to eat together! I ordered chips with cheese sauce all my chips were what you find on the bottom of the bag tiny pieces. 😡 Taco Bell do better so disappointed.

Ordered online and food was terrible. My cheesy festive potatoes weren’t festive. Imagine eating the crunchiest cereal imaginable, but it’s not cereal it’s stale and old potatoes from probably 4 hours ago and paid for missing food that I ordered for my fiance. This ruined my entire night. I don’t get to enjoy good things always, but wanted to treat myself to some tacobell, and this was not it. I wouldn’t feed this to my dogs. I feel betrayed by whoever made my order with this old food. Please do better tacobell employees.
I love Taco Bell and this taco bell is a textbook example of how franchising and cost cutting leads to a drop in service across the board. Ive been to this location about 10 times in the last few months and maybe 2/5 orders are correct. Thats a 40% chance of getting my order correct. Meaning i actually get the food I pay for 40% of the time. There has never been a location in more dire need of quality control. As a customer, I shouldn't have to quality check every time if the order input on the screen was actually filled. If they just paid someone minimum wage to check the orders before they go out, then situation would drastically improve. Also, any sauce substitutions or removal from quessadillas and burritos is always like playing roulette. Management is severely dropping the ball at this location. Luckily it's Taco Bell so I can go to other locations. I gave this one a fair shot and it's been a disappointment the majority of the time.

Craving Boxes or nachos were not closed and food was coming out in bag, rude at the window said they would have to charge me for more than three packages of sauce at Milan, TN Taco Bell. Refused to get manager and refused to tell me her name. Ordered for four people and got three packages of sauce.
We have had a lot of problems with this particular Taco Bell since the opening of the new store. Maybe 1 out of 5 times is the order right, but today was beyond a mistake and gross! My husband ordered and asked for easy beans and no tomatoes on his Mexican Pizza. But, it was loaded with both.
However, what we were really NOT expecting was him to start eating around the perimeter of what he could only to run into hair which is shown in the pictures below. This is beyond unacceptable!

The photo is a “large fry” that large fry was $3.29 for that amount. In our bag I had ordered nacho and cheese but the chips were just thrown in the bag. Once before it took 3 tries for our order to be right, we had waited 45 minutes so I wouldn’t recommend this place

I noticed something about this food I never thought of. They use so many GMO modified products and flavor enhancers it no longer tastes like food. That's why I won't take my grandkids to McDonald's.
Vegetarian options: The way fast food tastes now days makes me prefer to go home and cook.

Update… gave them another try since they replied below! This time was even worse here’s a photo of my burrito supreme, there is at least a 1/4 pound of beans in it. As you can see not much else. The cashier rolled her eyes and spoke badly of me because I stated I wanted a large Pepsi. She gave me the cup when I went to fill it up I told her the Pepsi is down, she said I know. I asked do you have everything else? I have to ask the person in the car what else they want. She replied yes. I walked outside and came back in only to find they’re out of Root-beer so again I asked and take names off all the drink, I said but your out of two of them is that all. She said I know. Ugh so frustrating. 1st review cashier is so sweet but the food is horrible! Less than a scoop of beef on a crunch wrap supreme. Everything was put on one side and the other side was dry.
