Never give you anything you ask for no napkins , utensils , and stuff for bake potato that I ask for in the app. Will never go there again . Employees seemed like they didn't care as well as management

Sign needs to say closes at 12:40AM instead of 1AM. Went there last night after work to get a fountain drink and after waiting in line from 12:40 to 12:48 i made it to the speaker, waited 2 MORE minutes and was told “sorry we aren’t taking any more orders. This is not the first time they have refused service after 12:40 for me.
Workers need to speed up there rude and slow food over cooked not good murray ky can do better then this wow

on my way home from Jackson to Mckenzie I went through drive thru and decided to get a baconator sandwich. After eating the sandwich I decided to look the sandwich up online and decided to leave a review, on line it says the sandwich has 2 meat patties and 6 slices of bacon but the 4 bite sandwich I received only had 1 meat patty and 2 very small pieces of bacon that I honestly believe was 1 piece cut in half since neither one would go across the meat patty. I've received pickle slices on sandwiches that would have completly covered either one of the two slices of bacon my sandwich received. I only wish I would have taken a picture of it before I ate it, lesson learned!! I will never again pull away from the window without unwrapping and checking my baconator 1st! I'm typically not one to complain but when you spend nearly 10 dollars for a sandwich you kinda expect a ten dollar sandwich not a 5 dollar one. I would also expect a sandwich called a baconator to taste a little bit like it has bacon on it and mine definitely did NOT have a bacon taste at all.
