Went there last night after work to get a fountain drink and after waiting in line from 12:40 to 12:48 i made it to the speaker, waited 2 MORE minutes and was told “sorry we aren’t taking any more orders. This is not the first time they have refused service after 12:40 for me.

on my way home from Jackson to Mckenzie I went through drive thru and decided to get a baconator sandwich. After eating the sandwich I decided to look the sandwich up online and decided to leave a review, on line it says the sandwich has 2 meat patties and 6 slices of bacon but the 4 bite sandwich I received only had 1 meat patty and 2 very small pieces of bacon that I honestly believe was 1 piece cut in half since neither one would go across the meat patty. I've received pickle slices on sandwiches that would have completly covered either one of the two slices of bacon my sandwich received. I only wish I would have taken a picture of it before I ate it, lesson learned!! I will never again pull away from the window without unwrapping and checking my baconator 1st! I'm typically not one to complain but when you spend nearly 10 dollars for a sandwich you kinda expect a ten dollar sandwich not a 5 dollar one. I would also expect a sandwich called a baconator to taste a little bit like it has bacon on it and mine definitely did NOT have a bacon taste at all.

Just left there and although the lady at the register got the order on the screen put in right the cooks in the back failed on the delivery of getting the order correct. I ordered the chicken BLT with no tomatoes or lettuce on it on the biggie bag product. Yet when I got the sandwich it had 2 tomatoes and lettuce on it. I've worked in fast food and it's not hard to read those screens. Please do better next time.

Order 8 things 4 piece Saucy nuggets, 3 potatoes, triple big bacon meal, two drinks, and Classic chicken meal. I had to get a refund on the potatoes. However, I only received in the bag the saucy nuggets, one drink, and two fries.

Im surprised at all the other great reviews of this wendys because every time I have gotten food from here its been worse than horrible. They can never get an order right, not even a simple meal. I used to love wendys but this location alone has ruined it for me.
