A&J's Catfish Station Millington

This place didn't open til 3:00pm, which was fine We were looking for somewhere quick to get a meal. Perfect timing. When we got in the staff was very attentive and professional. Everyone was masked up and practicing social distant. We ordered our food and took a seat, It took an little minute due to they were preparing it fresh. once we got our food it was smoking hot. The first thing I tasted was the slaw because most restaurants don't do good slaw. I shook my head in disbelief then I tasted the Hushpuppies and I was hooked. Because I'm like if these two items are good I know the fish will be, and it was. I asked the server to please bring me a to go platter so that I would not stuff myself, This place is the place to go and get some good eating. I am a food critic and If i say its good believe everything we ate there was good. Even the cake and im not a sweet eater. I promise you will not be disappointed. This place is a very nice atmosphere and very clean. the people that work there is very friendly. I think im making a trip on tomorrow its worth it .

Great atmosphere and food

So I heard ajs had a special for 10$ off any purchase so I decided to try them for the first time. So I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and fries and when I went to go pick it up and showed the coupon he claimed the 10$ was off of 50$ purchase . So I looked at the coupon again and did not see where it was in fine print and he also claimed the coupon already expired when it says coupon is valid between September 27-30 and he attitude was dry just like the fries. Do eat here!! He did not apologize or tell me have a good day or thank you! No wonder their struggling there’s NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD LUCK AJS

Not good for the employees to ask for tips as you pick up your to go order. That's a great way to not get tips. Lol Food was always made fresh on every visit. That was the great part about it. Think they've since closed, unless it was temporary, due to the pandemic.I WAS CLEAR. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KINDLY TIP ON THEIR OWN. DINE IN COOL, DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND THAT, NO PROBLEM. PICKING UP A ORDER? NEVER HEARD IT BEFORE. I WAS ONLY EVER ASKED ONCE, SO OBVIOUSLY THE OTHER EMPLOYEES DIDN'T FIND IT APPROPRIATE, OBVIOUSLY. Have a great day. ?

Home made food open space dinning and service is very nice feels like family

Might have been an off night but my meal was not very good. The oysters had a strong taste, the baked beans were salty and the fish did not have the zing I expected. Will I revisit...not sure at this time.In reply to the comment from the manager. The wait staff was extremely busy and did not tell us anything about how to order or pay. I was not the only person at our table of 6 that had issues with the salty tasteless food. There was not an opportunity to let anyone know and had someone asked we could have mentioned the issues. A review was my only alternative to tell my experience. Where was the person interested in customer satisfaction? Why did they not take the time to see how satisfied the customers were with the whole dining experience?

We decided to try it out, I literally said, “If it don’t look good, we can leave!” We were seated and given menus and told everything we needed to know about the restaurant! EVERY person we came in contact with was super helpful! The food was AMAZING! The bathrooms were even super clean and well stocked! We will definitely return! Thank you for giving Millington a great restaurant!

First time visiting the Millington location due to the Knight Arnold’s location is temporarily closed. The food was fresh and cooked to order. Friendly atmosphere.

It was okay, but I know places that are better!

Delicious food and great service. If you are on your lunch break, call in ahead to place your order because the food is made fresh and might take a little longer than average wait times. I hope they reopen soon.

We love this place the fish is wonderful its realand cooked to perfection. Not old fish under a heat lamp. Their big burgers are just that HUGE very goooood

This is the best fish places in town and the hush puppies are so delicious and soft.
