My food was horrible I place and online order and when I picked it up the lady was nice it was just the food was horrible everything was over cooked couldn’t even bite in the boneless wings or my dessert wasted $40 on burnt food and dessert

We have given this place lots of chances and it always disappoints. Hostesses and servers always have an attitude. Had to wait to be seated for a while in an almost empty restaurant because the hostess wanted to vacuum the entryway first for some reason. Server was slow and not friendly. Boneless wings came out cold. Disappointing restaurant and leadership.

Chyel was an awesome waitress. She was very attentive and had a great attitude. The food was hot and very tasty. We had a great experience there.

Had a horrible anxiety attack last night and thought I was gonna die. Didn’t get my waitress name but she was extremely caring and understanding. My night got cut short but still a W place to go. The bar is fire along with whoever is running it. Taylor and Darren are Ws.

Staff are always very friendly. Most of the time the food is hot. There are times when the food comes out cold but that is usually when they are really busy. It’s bdubs so if you don’t like people screaming when they watch sports, you probably won’t like it.

Couples double date night (4 people) if you you can go anywhere else to spend $46 for 2 ppl for dinner do it. This restaurant wasn’t worth it, I and my friend got the ultimate sampler. Cheese sticks, original chicken crisps were dry and hard.
The only 2 things that were worth eating was the pretzel bites and bone in lemon pepper wings. My other friend got the bbq wings and sent them back because they were cold and totes weren’t crunchy just soft.
Food took 45mins to come out, waitress Alexis had a bad attitude and never asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks until we were almost done.

We visited this establishment probably about 3 months ago, food was fresh and hot. We had no issues.

This place is absolutely trash the managers have NO RESPECT for the ones that work really hard ...their food is never cooked fully ..they do not treat every worker equal!!!!

Tonight was one of the most unethical, unprofessional and distasteful experiences I have EVER experienced at Buffalo Wild Wings.
