Buffalo Wild Wings

We were visiting out of town and to say the least this was probably one of the worst BWW experience we've had with food. Wings were cold, one that was bitten into still had ice inside. Some were warm. I will say they did get us a new batch of wings and the wings were still okay didn't have a very good flavor. Most likely just left a sour taste. The burgers were actually very good. Service was good, were got to sit down very quickly. Probably wouldn't comeback to this place for the wings.

Sever was polite and service was quick. However, wings came out warm at best like they had been sitting precooked for some time. Buffalo Wild wings has continued to fall off in food quality over the last few years.

Avoid. Poor customer service.

It takes an hour to get food which is always cold, and the service is no better. I blame the kitchen for Bdubs downfall 100%

Buffalo chicken tots did not have blue cheese crumbles as advertised. Waitress said they were out so they did not put any cheese on them as a substitution. Instead they put extra blue cheese dressing and they were soggy. Ordered 10 piece traditional wings, boneless came out to the table. Kids cheeseburger patty was spoiled meat. We were wondering why she was not eating it so I took a bite and had to immediately spit it out. It tasted rotten.After speaking with a manager, they were to bring out naked boneless wings for the toddler. 17 minutes later my granddaughter still did not have food. Other tables around us were having issues and complaining. Manager in training said that this is her second day in training. The other managers are back in the kitchen as they only have two cooks. We did address the issue with management and told them the areas of concerned and brought them to their attention.

Ordered 20 traditional wings. Every single one them looked like they were leftovers from the day before that had been sitting out. Not only that but the texture of the wings was hard and dry. Very disappointed for a meal that was close to $30. What a joke.

Every time I’ve placed an order through the app, something is ALWAYS missing or incorrect. Even after being “checked”, things are still not correct.

My boyfriend ordered us a pick up order of some wings. The traditional mild buffalo wings we got were dessicated little pieces of flavorless crunchy meat. If they could even be called meat. They were so dry and crunchy that they were disgusting. 90% of each wings was stringy crunchy pieces. There was very little to no soft actual chicken. There was no sauce. There was no seasoning. They tasted like someone else who ate buffalo wings breathed on them. That's about all the flavor they had. The wings cut my mouth, because they were so dry and crunchy. To be clear, I ordered sauced wings, so I guess that expecting to have gotten wet wings versus bone dry ones was a bit much for them. Never again. Y'all are buffalo wild wings, and y'all messed up basic buffalo wings. $16 for what was essentially jerky is outrageous. Eating them was like a punishment. I've never been so put off by a restaurant, but y'all can keep them little weapons y'all are calling food ✌️

Our waitress was on it! She was very attentive and had a southwen charm. She ensured we had everything we needed, even though she was the only waitress there during a small storm. My coworkers had great hockey discussions with the bar- tender.
